Service sucked! Was seated and it took the waitress 45 mins to greet us. When she finally took our order, the food can out and didnt see her again until it was time to pick up the check. Mind you she walked by our table all night to take care of the table that was directly in front of us. When we beck for her, she put up her finger to tell us to wait, shes coming. The only time she was nice, was when it was time for me to pay the bill. Last time visiting this establishment.

Im so disappointed with the service. I walked in at 410pm today and sat the bar. Place my order at 412pm. Did not receive ours drinks until 435pm. REALLY, I dont think it should take that long to get 2 waters and 2 martinis. Hell we havent even had a chance to order our appetizers. All thirsty and hunger lives matter. Yall need to get it together and keep going to the location at the Mall of Georgia. Yall need to close this location ASAP.

We took our grandma to the Tilted Kilt to eat for Mothers Day. It was the only place that wasnt packed and this was our first time there. The food was fantastic and it didnt take long to get our food. The atmosphere it amazing. Every television has something different on so there is plenty of things to watch on tv while you wait. They had great customer service and I would 100% recommend the Tilted Kilt.

Twice in a row very bad service they must get this girls from homeless shelter and just put them on the floor to serve when asked for the manager he was not available Saturday night , not wonder this servers are just doing what they want the location will be closed in few months , tonight I went on a Saturday there were only handful of tables

I didnt like anything. The manager was more concerned about sexual comments towards the girsl even though me and my family were sitting trying to eat our food. The girls go around with customers asking for money! Very poorly ran business. When asked our server Ana to get the manager he refused to come to our table! Never again will I eat here.

Enjoy coming here. When it first opened they were GREAT. It went down hill for a while but is coming back around now. People are nicer and know what is on the menu now. Only thing missing is for them to get better at knowing what beer they have. 3 different times Ive had to walk to the bar to get someone that knew what an IPA was.

Barely squeeze 2 stars... Bar tender was 14 sizes larger then her costume, her voice was so loud and annoying that it could Crack beer mugs. Beer selection was not good and not even served below 45 degrees.. the only reason it got 2 stars was because nobody gives any merit to 1 star reviews and I didnt order food due to the view

For our first time Our waitress heather sucked. She acted like she didnt want to be there and spent more time smokin cigerettes and texting. So we gave her a dollar tip and she gave it back. We went there with enough money to by the place but she fd it up so we spent it at the strip club.

Tried it for the first time, not the best selection of alcohol beverage. Waitess was to started with other things . Not impressed by the food. Tasted like frozen boxed meals... And the friends I was with and myself all ended up throwing up afterwards. Just be careful.

Terrible!!!! Cold food and slow service. The workers are more interested in the talking and hanging with each other. Second time there and wont be back. They should fire all of the employees and hire some dedicated workers!!!!!!!! Also ....too many "muffin tops"

We LOVE Tilted Kilt!! The food is awesome, the price is great and the atmosphere is wonderful! Its enjoyable as a sports bar, but is also a comfortable environment for our kids too. Great service and the visuals make for a great dinning experience all around!

Place used to be going down hill, but with new management and new girls, it seems to breathe new life into a stagnant pub. I would recommend this place for watching sports of all kinds and just general eating. I love the kilt!

Showed up for lunch to be told they had no burgers. Ordered a chicken sandwich to have it come out like a salad covered in rach dressing. Fries where good. Service lacked as well. Very dark interior lighting.

The chicken tenders are mushy! The staff is rude. We had an issue with a bartender and even wrote corporate regarding it. Tilted Kilt corporate didnt dignify us with a response.
