This is the worst Deli EVER!!!! Not only do you have to wait 30-60 minutes in line for a sandwich but when you get to the front of the line you are then told they only have this type of bread, which turns out to not be the normal bread that they use. I went to customer service to ask why they are charging full price for 2/3 of the normal sandwich and was told that they can give me the extra piece of cheese that goes on the whole sub. That was not what I was asking, what I was wanting to know was why they are charging full price for not a full sandwich when they were the ones to run out of the bread to begin with. They were rude and made it my fault and not poor planning on the staff and managements part. We moved out of the area a few years ago and I had stopped eating at this deli the second time that I went to get a sandwich because the other times I went this location was out of bread or what have you and the wait for one took FOREVER! I think it is time to shut this deli down for sandwiches!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted the Customer Service number and they rectified the issue. They also advised that they are going to get in contact with the store to see what they can do about the issue. The Customer Service number did make me happy in the end and I am now increasing my rating from a 1 to a 3 stars. They also were very polite in helping with the issue.

Publix is one of the better grocery stores. Lines are still long but customer service is usually better than Krogers,Aldi,walmart or Ingles. However, when I went into Publix to get a cake that was for a difference price than what it rang up at the register ,the cashier wanted to argue with me about when and where I seen the sales price. She went back and forth with me until I decided to get out of her line and go to the bakery and have the problem cleared up. Turns out another gentleman had the same issue. The people at the bakery apologized gave us new purchase sticker prices, and customer service apologized, but the cashier didnt. She was so smug and nasty when she seen me going to customer service that she told them that what I paid was the price. The other gentlemen spoke up and the cashier walked back to her register. As I proceeded to feel disgusted and not get the cake at all ,customer service gave the gentleman and I our money back and the cakes! I dont see customer service like this anymore ,but it was refreshing that they turned a bad situation into a positive experience. They have now earned my shopping loyalty. Thanks Publix:)

Ive been going to this Publix for close to 14 years. Today (4/14/16) was the worst experience Ive ever had. One, I was standing in line to get an 8 piece in the deli and one of the employees cut in front of me because "he was on his lunch break". I walked away because I was tried and I really wanted to go off on him. Two, I stood in front of the seafood section for 10 mins and all the workers in the back were talking and laughing. One person even looked at me and tried back around to tell her co-worker why she was done with her boyfriend. I walked away again. The third strike occured while in the check out line. A young lady in front of me was trying to purchase some items she thought were on sell but in the system the rang up regular price. That happens so I wasnt even upset about that. What upset me was the cashier asking the manager for help and the the manager telling her to leave the register to walk with the lady to look at the sign she saw. I was too out done so I left all my items on the belt. I will never go here again. I know for a fact that its the new management. Unprofessional leadership hires unprofessional employees.

So I ordered a 3/4 sheet cake 1/2 marble 1/2 vanilla buttercream frosting... Not at all what I received. I order the cake for a supervisor birthday party where some of the people would be allergic to chocolate. Cut into the cake and is all this makeshift marble cake with a whipped cream topping. Once I noticed I called the bakery to inform them they stated they called me and left a message.... No phone or message came threw to my phone. If nobody got a hold of me why when I picked up the cake someone didnt informed me that they made the cake how the wanted to. At least then I could have gotten something for the people who didnt eat chocolate. So I was offered cupcakes for a 60 cake. Then once I informed her I was working and could come get them I was offered half off the next cake. Thanks publix I love paying for lack of customer service.

I had such a horrible experience in the Deli Department on 3/11/16. The young lady that fixed my sandwich was so rude, she was yelling at me every time I asked her a question, and when I said I wanted it toasted "Oh Lord" you would of thought I asked her for something that she wasnt suppose to do. I should of known to go to the other lady, because when this lady I think her name is "Faith" she was giving a elderly white man a hard time too. Whats even more disturbing is when I asked to see the manager, she threw my sandwich to the side, and sucked her teeth and starting waving her hands like she was fighting the air, I was so shocked to see her act up more in front of her supervisor (Rafael). I will never go back to that store ever again.

The bakery is so unorganized I called Thursday for a cake pick on Saturday I told him I need it ready by 2 so I can pick it up between 2 and 3 he told me it will be ready by 730 I said okay I got there at at 230 for the lady to tell me he wrote down 730 pm now if I told him I need it to be done at 2 why would he set it for 730 PM he already asked me where my parents at while I was on the phone with him making my order saying that I sound like a little girl I told him I am grown instead of worrying about my age he should have got my order right then the bakery manager told that she has a wedding run and she wont have it done until 5 pm

If I could give this place zero stars I would have...I have NEVER had worse service in my life. It took me and my husband 20 min to get a sub and we were the second people in line. After getting our sub we waited in line to get wings for another 15 min and nobody served us so we ended up just walking out. What made the experience just absolutely terrible to were I will never go back into this publix is that their were plenty of people to help they just chose not to. Employees sweeping instead of helping saying they would be with us when they were done....uh....Im still upset. ...NEVER AGAIN.
