I am telling you, i would not eat here. I worked here and everything and i mean everything they do is against health department code. I have watched the manger, owners and employees redrop fries and chicken, basically everything and anything that can be redropped in the frier. I have seen krystals sit on the grill for hours on end when you are obly allowed to hold them for 2 hours or less. I have seen employees change dates on food that should be discarded after being open so many days because the owners and GM and manager tell them to so they can save money. There is mold under the drink fountain at the drive thru window because of a water leak that hasnt been fixed. The milk for the milk I AM TELLING YOU NOT TO EAT HERE BECAUSE THE FOOD IS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT.

I went in on June 13, 2012 @ 4:30pm. When my order came up, the fries was cold and the krystals was cold with cold cheese. I told the girl, I wanted hot fries and hot krystals and I also wanted someone with rubber gloves to make my food. The girl in the back, was preparing my food with no gloves.I told the manager, about all this, said he will fix this, I seen him put the cold fries back in the bin, I was thinking, he was going to serve the cold fries to someone else.I got my money back and walked out. NEVER ....I WILL NEVER GO BACK and if you vaule your health, dont go there.

Wish i could give a negative number! Rude manager after getting my food i get home down the street all my krystals but one was hard on one side and cold only one was fresh it was only ten fries in a medium fry and the manager said she made the food and was sure the bread wasnt hard....BS!! Then asked if i still had the food and bring it back.....yeah rite that ish in the trash where they shouldve put it abd not in my damn bag! Ill NEVER go back to this specific one! #TPTmanager

This place needs better Employees ! I just left this location And sat in the line for over 20 Minutes for 2 small meals! This is the 5th time Ive went to this location and guarntee I wont be returning! Also, the lady who was Taking my order and brought my meal to the window needs to learn to wash her Hands before she works with customers good! Very unprofessional and not good for serving food!

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes while all employees were hanging outside. Then I called to speak to the manager and Breanna (spelling) said well when they came in you all drove off. First of all why were all your employees outside when you are open for business. She not once apologized for their poor service. Please do better.

My ratings here are relative... As far as the food goes, its Krystal. If you dont like Krystal, then dont bother, but if you are looking for your greasy fix of heaven on a steamed bun, this particular Krystal is quite excellent. Ive never had a bad experience here. The service is great, and the staff is always super-friendly.

Over 25 min waiting for our food after paying while the employees hung out in the dinning room. Order want even right after waiting. We are used to waiting to get our food there but this was horrible.

If you dont want to wait on fries in the morning ask if you can sub with hashbrowns! I love love love these people. I travel a lot and have never had service this good at ANY fast food restaurant
