Hospitality and Fine Baking is her specialty. My mother and I went in last week on whim and purchased the margarita cupcakes, infused with real tequila and topped with a glaze that complimented the lime flavor. So moist and decadent. And the owner and baker had the personality to match. By the end of the visit, I felt like she genuinely cared about how she treated others. Today we went back and asked her to make a key lime cake for my mothers birthday and she did it short notice and last minute. She had it finished and beautifully decorated at the agreed upon time that same day. And when we ate it? It had the tart that you look for when you go to eat anything key lime. The tart was cut perfectly with the sweet icing (not everyone can make good icing)and the cake of course was soft, moist, and melted on the tongue. We tried every cupcake she had out today as well (Wedding cake, red velvet, chocolate, and strawberry). It doesnt matter the flavor, each cake is going to have its own integrity and still have that signature moisture and softness. Well crafted recipes, lovely woman, will be life long customers. I wish I had pics, but we ate it all and I said I HAVE to write a review..
