Mexican Food On CRACK. This place is awesome. Tonight was my first experience and let me tell you, it was AWESOME. The best Fajitas I have ever had and the Salsa, Yummmmmmm! Best ever. The steak was so tender and flavorful. Thats two for two so far. The beans were very good. They have a wine sauce for the fajitas that is beautiful. Service, very nice. My Server was a little reserved but very attentive and very nice and helpful. The Guacamole? Oh man, very good. I do not think that my drink ever reached the halfway mark. I am not sure why others have rated this place badly, but my first experience was great. I completely disagree with the bad reviews below. Any restaurant tour knows that anyone can have a bad day. Anyone can be overwhelmed with a busy atmosphere. Before I judge service I evaluate the situation as to be fair. I look at how busy the restaurant is, how many servers they have and how many tables they have to serve. This way I can be fair. Being in the service industry, I tend to give people a break when possible. These guys work long and hard hours and most of all, have to deal with our expectations. Try to give them a break unless they are just rude or mean. Overall, what ever may have been wrong in the past with this restaurant, I feel it is fixed. The Manager is very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Located on Peachtree Industrial is Cinco. A Mexican Americanized restaurant. The interior and exterior decor of the restaurant gives it a somewhat upscale feel. He atmosphere is very chill and it would make you think you might be eating somewhere closer to the city. Definitely a place you could grab a few drinks at. The menu here isnt too out of the ordinary. If you ever been to Frontera or On the Border, or just anywhere similar, the menu here is about the same as those places. You got your tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, etc. These arent the most authentic version of these dishes either. Taste wise, it could have been better. Nothing too special to be honest. The service was good at least. They tend to most of your needs rather efficiently. Besides that, the experience wasnt too special. This place seems to have put more effort into how it looks than how the food actually taste. Overall it an okay experience wasnt bad, just wasnt for me.

My family and I had been here a few times in the past and service wasnt particularly great, but we decided to check it out again and we were glad we did! Our server was Lauren and she treated us like we were people and not just a tip at the end of the night. Our food came out, we ordered steak fajitas and steak tacos, and even though the temperature of the meat came out a little under cooked, Lauren was sympathetic and insisted she take it back to be fixed to our liking and when it came out again, it was perfect. The drinks were incredible, the food was great. A manager even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Overall, a great place with a fantastic waitress and food thats worth the price.

My book club and I met there last night. It was Sunday night. Im flabbergasted at the service!!! They assigned the bartender to our group. I had to get up multiple times to get her attention. The soup they brought one of my guest was cold. 2 other guests was missing there flour tortillas for Fajitas. We had to clear our own table of dirty dishes. 1st cup of coffee was cold. I do want to say - I dont think it was the bartenders fault as much as I believe this is POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! Where was a Manager??? We had a similar issue last time we met there. I dont think we will be going back. Its a shame because this restaurant USED to be nice.

Having lived in Texas for 24 years my expectations for Mexican food is very high. Needless to say, around the U.S. with the exception of the the southwest from Texas to California, most Mexican food is rather disappointing. Not Cinco. In Georgia? This is some really good dining, from the ambience, the staff , to the delicious food. The hot sauce could have been a little hotter but I am sure thay will fix that up if one wants something more intense. Do try Cinco, tell your friends for this is one you want to do well so itll be there waiting when the hunger for great Mexican food calls.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have zero customer service skills here! When we walked in the hostess didnt even greet us we were just asked, "how many", and then she took off! She didnt even say for us to follow her and when he came back to the front, where we were she screamed "you can follow me!", very rudely! When we talked to the manager about how rude the hostess was to us he acted as if he didnt even care! We just left after that. Do not come here, they dont want your business, obviously.

They have the BEST guacamole and chips ever! Chips are a perfect crisp! I would be happy just eating that for a meal. And believe me it wouldbe enough with how much guacamole you get! The fish tacos were the WORST ever. Taco bell does a better job than they do with fish tacos. And expensive for what you get! The fish was so thin and flat that Im not sure a fish was even in there... And I always get fish tacos everywhere I go. Im a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to fish tacos. :)

Horrible food. Convinced my MIL to try something new and different and for that reason Cinco was my 1st choice. There was only 1 vegetarian item and they were out of Portabella mushroom. The taco was dry and the veggies were as if they used somebody elses leftover. I had fish taco which and the fish had not salt..... Feel bad that my MILs experience with Mexican food went bad. Went home and prepared her a proper meal. Service was OK compared to food.

Great food but hostess was predudice. was told the wait would be 45 minutes with 4 people on the waiting list. White patrons come in while were waiting and is immediately seated. Another hostess told us the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes and was very helpful in getting us a table. The patrons lack of diversity was striking. Apart from that everything was great. So are hostess being told to screen patrons? I cant say for sure but seems like it.

Bottom line, would not recommend to a friend. It was a Sunday night with more staff than customers. I sat at a sticky table for at least 5 minutes before anyone came by. When they did, I was greeted with, "anyone help you yet, okay I guess I will." I probably should have left at that point. The fish tacos didnt taste right but the salsa was pretty good. It would have been nice for a server to say "thank you" instead of "here you go."

If you are black its a waist of time putting in an application. The manager posted an ad on craigs list saying she was accepting applications mon-Fri between 4pm-6pm. when i applied she would not talk to me. She told the host to tell me to check back on my application either thursday or friday. She never even took the application.mind you she posted an ad saying that she needed help immediately so what was the problem.
