I have been having bad experiences with this place. I usually go to this place with my colleagues, basically because its nearby and wings are built from scratch. I buy a soda here, but when I go to the vending machine, it wont work. This happened thrice to me and my friends as well. Today, I ask for dine-in boneless wings but he packs it up and gives me to-go, I say thats fine and go to my office, and what I see here are bone wings. When I call him back, I get careless responses. VERY POOR SERVICE. I would NEVER let myself or my colleagues go here again. Oh.. and I forgot to add this: The waiting time is worse for what youre finally getting. I feel I have wasted an hour in my life going here.

I am very disappointed with my visit here. I placed a to go order and I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The TV was so loud I couldnt care a conversation on the phone with a client, I had to tell them I would call them back. Then when I get to work, I open my bag and the fries were soggy and then I open my wings to find them dried out. I will not be attending this eating establishment again. I was craving wings just to be disappointed.

The service was great as the gentleman who took the order aas patient and made serveral suggestions which made it easy for us. The wings were good a tad bit oversized ( meat quality isnt as good when they are this big). I tried the hottest which was Atomic and the sauce was 6/10 but they smelled horrible which affected my ability to eat them. Overall i would give them a second chance but Bduds is better.

Do not order here I ordered a 10pc at 3:29pm it 4:06pm still waiting. Not Happy plus dirty trays sat on the counter for over 30minutea before the manager asked someone to move them. Still waiting on my 10 piece.lol They are friendly though but I would hate to see a customer service issue resolved no apology for wait. Honey just go to KFC a few blocks up. Still waiting!!!!

They have great wings- one of the best wing spots in Atlanta, however.... the staff sucks on all levels of the word. Very unpleasant, and unprofessional. Seems like theres alot of TEENAGERS that work here and we all know older kids could care less about customer service. I hate going here, I really do.... its ONLY the food that keeps me coming back.

Waited over 30 minutes for food in a restaurant that had only three other people in the dining area. Two people received their food before we did and had ordered after we did. The cashier wasnt pleasant and seemed annoyed when another customer was waiting at the register. I love wingstop but a normal sit down restaurant doesnt take this long.

The absolute worst experience i have ever had . ordered my food and after 30minutes of waiting i asked how much longer it would take for my food to finish to be told they didnt even drop my food to cook. Very dissapointed will NOT be returning to that wingstop again. I advise everyone to NEVER go to that facility

The food was okay. I tried asking for water but they refused to give me any cup to just have water. So I ate my wings which are super sweet and salty without any water... my friend asked for an extra tray for his bones and we were given attitude. Horrible service and no attention to customers satisfaction.

I used to like this place .. the girls are always really nice. But after waiting, I just got my wings and only received 8 not 10 like I ordered. Plus it was all carelessly thrown in the bag! Last time the wings were undercooked and gross... I will NOT be returning to this location.

I wouldnt call Wingstop the wings experts. Wings are meaty. Didnt enjoy the ranch dipping sauce. I would rather go to Buffalos. Ill go back to Wingstop, but someone else will have to pay.
