I have been sending money every week since the beginning of this year (Western U), I have all of my tracking numbers and rec. Now WU , is saying they cant track it and I should have registered online, and its THIS store fault for not putting in my information correctly! ... NO ONE told me that I had to register, when I asked at the store several times!!!(how to track..etc). I have finally registered but where is the history and the documentation??- showing that I have sent money? No one is really helping me and keeps telling it its the other parties fault! I called the store and the lady kept cutting my off and giving me the "run-around" and saying its Western U, fault- and that her coworkers are always perfect and tried to say that it was me who wrote the information down wrong and maybe they could not read it properly. If there is no one to help me then, then please start telling people at the places that in order to track you information you must register first ! So no one has to be this mad as I am right now! This might be foolish to you, but I was always under the impression that your tracking number that you give me will track the money along with the history of tracking. I have the mile long receipts .. but there saying that there is no record. For personal and work reasons I need a formal record and not just mile long half scratched receipts.! I am very unhappy. I work for a big name customer service business and I know for fact that this is not how you treat customers, the ladies at the store did not even apologize when I was obviously upset!! I will not be shopping there anymore and I will make sure to tell people about this so that no one has to have the massive issue that I am having to deal with now. this just added 40+ hours of work on top of my 80 hour work week. Will never shop at this publix again!!!!! I went in yesterday to preorder cakes. Celeste was so busy arguing with me about how a cake that I like was being made the wrong way before and now they make it the right way that she didnt even put in the correct order for 2 cakes. Then when I go in to pick it up the next day the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and shook her head like she was irritated after asking what I wanted. If you dont want to do your job dont have one. I will never step foot in this publix again because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!! The one in winder is so much more friendly helping and not rude for no reason at all.

I have used this publix for weeks now to do western union and tonights they denied the same ID I have been using, yes its expired but I needed that money for amoxicillin to keep myself from going deaf due to a severe ear infection, but I was DENIED. Because of this poor service, I may lose some of my hearing. I dont understand why I was denied (yes the ID was expired but why wasnt I denied before?)after I have done this over 20 times now.

Hate the prices but Im too lazy to drive to Trader Joes, always forget my own bags or dont have a quarter for Aldis, and I would rather shave my legs dry, with the cheapest disposable dark blue razor they sell at dollar tree than visit the local Walmart. So I go here and they always offer to do things like take my groceries out to the car for me even if its a pack of gum because..... Publix.

I love their Bogo items ,meats and produce are always fresh, able to fill prescriptions while I shop. But the employees make my public the best ,like Maria so sweet and thoughtful, Tyler in the pharmacy is awesome, this store is like no other. Oh yeah public fried chicken is the best in town.

I went to get scripts filled and a little blonde working there was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I swear she must have rolled her eyes at me a few times. Unfortunatly I must get scripts filled every month but I now go somewere else to get them filled!

Never have had a bad experience here, the associates are always helpful and quick to offer assistance. The Pharmacy is usually very quick to get the customers serviced. Not always the best prices, but always the best service and cleanliness in the area.

The pharmacy team has continued to decline over the last three years. 45-60 minute wait times and a rude staff create a very poor customer experience. You seem like an inconvenience to them whenever you show up to purchase something from them.
