Not a very good place for ordering mixed drinks. They specialize in their own brand of beer... If you like beer, but I did not try it so I dont know if it tastes any good or not since I hate the taste of beer. Only kind of beer I like is a beer that you actually get an order in Germany ... German beer in Germany is absolutely the best most beer made in United States taste like pee water . Ordered several types of different drinks mixed drinks and all of mixed drinks which were not made very well matter of fact there are a very pretty much awful. How anybody can you screw up a mixed drink is beyond me but they do manage it, unfortunately. But Lessons Learned you dont go to a brewery took for mixed drinks like you dont go to a steakhouse for seafood. The parking situation is pretty much a nightmare of trying to figure out where the heck to park the car because its not clearly indicated where the parking is and where is the entrances. Seems like a Miss Mash of something just thrown together. Would definitely not go again.

Not enough parking, seriously? How do you build a restaurant that can serve N number of guests but only have parking for N-x number of guests. There are more cars parked on the side of the freaking highway than in their tiny parking lot. Not very safe. Also: as busy as they cant afford to have a host to seat people? Its a "seat yourself" situation and if you have more than 2 people in your party it can be impossible to find a table inside. The food: if you stick to bar food its fine. But the salmon? Not great. Poke? Also not great. Stick to fish and chips. On top of everything else: the servers do not know how to deliver food to a table. They try to deliver food from the opposite end of the table instead of simply walking around to where youre actually sitting. End result? They literally dumped a cup of malt vinegar in my lap because they couldnt be bothered to walk around the table.

Ron, the beer wizard, and the entire service staff were phenomenal! This place is an absolute must visit if youre within 50 miles! The food was excellent, and the beers were some of the most interesting and flavorful that I can remember having in my life! Im sure Im over using the exclamation points, but I need to make sure you understand just how good this place is. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures of the food. We had the pretzel with been cheese dip, I had the pork belly (SO FREAKIN GOOD!), and we also tried a few small apps that I dont recall. We took two crowlers to go, and would have ordered more if it was in the budget. Eat, drink, and be happy. Thats the experience here, and its truly perfect!

Went on a Friday for lunch with the family. Great experience from the atmosphere to the food and beers. They offer their own beers as well as beers from other breweries. There is seating outside in the back. They have board games and outdoor games for the kids/adults to play. Their food is really good and their beers are even better. Plenty of parking, but I can see they can get crowded in the peak hours because their beers have a huge following. Pets are allowed in the outdoor seating area, they have high chairs but no kids menu. They also offer beers to go in the form of crowlers and growlers. Overall a great place to go.

Oh my goodness- Must experience this brew pub, even if, you are not a beer drinker per say, flavour testers becomes a discovery of brews that are nothing youve ever tasted. The food is high end palette booster... and the staff well - could not ask for any better. Very Knowledgeable and over the top manners. If you want to enjoy ... get there early, the place fills up quickly and patrons are quite comfortable and not quick to get up and go once inside.

The beer is awesome, the service is above awesome and very knowledgable, and the food is better than anything in Titusville except for Chef Larrys. Ive been drinking the beer for a while now, but when Brix Project opened the menu really blew my mind. The Reuben is great, especially with the truffle fries. Duck sliders and roasted Salmon are also awesome. Thats just about all Ive tried but I doubt youll be diappointed!

Walking in Playalinda it looks like a really nice hipster place to go. I first ordered a bloody Mary. It was not made with vodka but instead on of their beers they brew. Definitely did not taste like a bloody Mary. I ordered the biscuits and gravy from their brunch menu. By the time I got it it was room temperature. I might give it another try some other day. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

AMAZING! The beer was great...and unique (check out the Key Lime Slice) without being obscure which I think says a lot in a world with plenty of mediocre token and novelty brews out there. My favorite was the Robonaut Red. The kicker was the food though...everything from scratch. To say I recommend the Bavarian Pretzel with grain mustard would be an understatement!

The food has been amazing, we tried the white truffle parmesan fries the tempura prawns and the maple duck.. I am coming back for dessert only!! When you have to pick from cinnamon cheesecake creme Brule, Chocolate Dream cake, a hazelnut cream waffle sandwich and fried smores flatbread.... its kinda hard..... we ate the duck so fast I couldnt take a picture ;)

I made the mistake of thinking this was going to have the same feeling like the Playalinda in downtown Titusville. I was wrong. Felt like another chain restaurant with crappie costumer service. Ill stick to breweries that provide a more chill and personal service. Also, invest in a sport package if you are going to show sports.

If there were 20 other craft breweries in Titusville, Playalinda would still reign king over them all. Creative brews and culinary delights allow you to enjoy a sophisticated experience, without that feeling of snobbery. Come and share some great beer with us locals!

I love the fact that they are open for lunch on Fridays now... The food is great and the beer is even better. I had to partake in the house-brewed root beer because I had to go back to work. I did slip back in after work to get my growlers filled though...

The food is amazing but the beer is even better. Nice selection of all kinds. But the service is on another level all together. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. They really make you feel at home. Will definitely be back as often as possible!

The drinks are fresh and tastey. The food menu is basically upscale bar food, with some interesting choices. The inside is clean, and the staff was quick. The only down side is the prices. Id revisit more if they were a bit more competitive.

My daughter always said that Titusville has little to offer unless maybe for seniors. She now lives up north. I cant wait till her next visit to show her this fresh, lively place that young people like. (People my age like it too.)

Simply amazing beer and food that pairs perfectly with it. Because its so good, it gets very crowded and loud. If you just want great beer, go their brewery just down the road in historic downtown Titusville in the old hardware store.
