Great Service. Terrible Food Value. Our local family took an out-of-town friend here last night. Personally, I found the menu very limited and way overpriced. As such, I ordered nothing (except beer). My wife had spinach and artichoke dip and a cup of gumbo. Lamest spinach and artichoke dip I have ever had, and its not even close. Devoid of any flavor and served with stale tortillas. Yum. Gumbo falls in the same category. Probably came from a can with a black label and white letters that said GUMBO. The real treat was my friend who ordered one of the specialties from the "executive" chef, the Parmesan crusted Grouper. (for almost $30 btw). My fried offered me a taste. The crust was so thick that the Grouper was almost unrecognizable. It might as well have been some trashfish from the bay. Mashed potatoes that came with it had zero flavor and the asparagus was mediocre at best. The money he spent here would have made for an excellent meal at the The Grand Marlin. I dont write reviews, this is the very first one, but even this morning Im still in disbelief of how bad this was. Listen, if you want a beer/cocktail and a snack in a cool beachfront environment, then this place will do. Just dont mistake it for food worthy of the price.

My wife, child, and I dined here late on a Thursday night during peak season. There was a five minute wait to get a table on the patio but none for inside. We chose to wait for patio. Our table was ready in only three minutes. Our waitress was quick to get our drinks and as we had asked she got our kids drink first and quick because he was melting down. Food was great and we got three small plates. The peel and eat shrimp were good. The Ahi Poki salad bowl was even better. A great light and healthy choice recommended by our server, Savannah. Savannah was awesome! All smiles and back to our table frequently. We were so pleased we told the managers the way out. PS, Great nighttime ambiance with nice waiting area under colourfully lighted palms. And its right next to the pier with direct access.

Great Location and most of the food good. The hostess made for a bad start due to a bitchy attitude (-1 star), we asked for a table close to the water and she wanted to give us one on the middle, excuse: nothing open, but there where there tables open. Food took a long time, which I think is a good sign, because it points to freshly prepared food. The casino burger is great, but I ordered it medium rare and got well done (-1 star), I didnt wanted to wait longer to have lunch. Caribbean slaw is good. My wife had the seared ahi tuna which was phenomenal, but here side if sweet potato fries where cold. The issues was fixed promptly. The cheesecake is good. The v prices are ok to a little pricey.

Cant tell you about the food. Never got any. We waited 15 minutes for a table when there were empty ones all over. When we sat at our table we waited 20 minutes with no service at all. Not even a drink order. After 25 minute got up to find management and found basically no one.... walked out while talking to others and they were getting the same treatment. No one even noticed us while there or leaving.... I ashamed to say I am local and this is how our community services others. I own a local business also and would never tolerate this service for my customers..... My business is auto related so Im not bashing competition.

Great place for tourist to come eat at. Absolutely beautiful view and near everything on Pensacola Beach. The food is delicious and the service is great! Our waitress, Dawn, was fantastic! She was very friendly, helpful, and on the ball! It felt like she was all over the restaurant helping people, but she always came by to check-up on us and took care of everything that we requested. If they have employees of the month, I would recommend her. All-in-all, this is a great restaurant to eat on Pensacola Beach.

It was a great visit. Weather was great... view was awesome. Beer was cold. Burger was very good. Service was excellent. 18 June 2017: service was mediocre. I grew tired waiting for waitress to ask if I wanted more beer. I switched to water. The one beer I did have have was not that cold. Fries were barely warm. Disappointing visit. So different from 1st visit. I blame it on terrible waitress.

Once again the bartenders at casino beach bar and grill are the worst. Maggie took drink orders from everyman around me, except mine. It wasnt even that busy. A guy saw my plight, walked up and hollered what does it take to get served here. He was served. I was ignored again. He offered to order my drink for me, but I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Walked in and sat near the beach view and received awesome customer service by our server Sam! We had the "Island Poboy" and the "Beach Burger" which were phenomenal! First time here and we do go by "first impressions" and I gotta say, the service, atmosphere, and food are definitely top tier stuff! Will be back soon for more!

Normally we have good service here which keeps us coming back. Tonight, not so much. Waited an hour and a half and watched EVERYONE come and go only to be told they were in front of us. Not a good experience at all! Hopefully someone on the staff figures out who had their head up there wazoo. And completely dropped the ball.

This beach-side bar mixes a casual atmosphere with upscale food. You can be seated near the sand, or elevated in the covered, open-air bar tables. We had the flatbread pizzas which were perfect for mid-day snacking and service was terrific. A slightly quieter crowd than most beach bars, it offrs a welcome change of pace.

I had a burger and fries and it was really good. But my girlfriend had the fish taco and the fish was very strong and did not task like grouper at all ( we both tried it ) she could not finish the taco nor the Cole slaw. Since it was 50/50 on the meal we did not like the odds on desert. So we decided not to order any.

Casino Beach Bar has the best Mahi tacos Ive had anywhere in Pensacola or on Pensacola Beach. Theyre not dry and the pineapple pico and avocado mayo is fresh and delicious. As for appetizers, the Ahi Tuna nachos are amazing and they even do chicken wings better than most restaurants in the area.

Definitely worth it, you steps from the beach and theres even beach chairs that theyll serve you if you wanna lay back and enjoy the view. Great for enjoying the breeze, food is delicious and not too overpriced for a beach restaurant. Best place on the island, get a seat outside by the beach!

Excellent Food! Excellent Service! Great View! We started out with Chips n Salsa & it was soo good... the chips are delicious & the Salsa was amazing & super fresh. The burger was awesome! The Bushwacker was oh so good! & the Shrimp Tacos delicious. Definitely recommend eating here!

I might change my review about this place when the manager and some bar staff will be fired. When you are working in hospitality you should know how to treat your customers. If you don`t know how to do your job, it`s better to step down or go work some place else @manager.
