Our experience with this restaurant was very bad. We are from Dallas and visited Orlando. After completing tiring day at Universal Studios we headed towards Ashirwad Restaurant. We were Five (Myself, wife, 3 year old kid, 68 and 66 years old Dad and Mom). The waiter, thin guy in BLUE Shirt was very rude and arrogant. The most poor service one can ever experience in US. 1) He didnt gave us a single minute to look at menu and decide the order. As soon as we seated, he came to the table. 2) Our 3 year old kid wanted more papad so we ordered more. He said "it was complimentary; we cant give more". We said our kid want it, we will pay for it. He said "No it was complimentary and it doesnt work that way here". 3) We ordered 4+2 naan. He said "you have to either order 4 or 6. It doesnt work 4+2 here". You finish 4 and then order 2. Then he also said "you have to wait for next order to come; it takes 20 minutes time". Never knew such logic exists in any restaurant. 4) We didnt finished food yet, he started taking away the plates. When we said "please wait", then he said "Oh sorry". He came back in just few minutes and did same. His overall attitude was Arrogant, Rude so that one Can Not seat relaxed and have food. He was rushing the way one should eat fast and leave fast. 5) No one turned back to take next order. We thought there might be rush hence such kind of poor service, but surprisingly there was no rush inside or no waiting outside. It was just 7.15PM. We will never ever go back and recommend anyone to such a poor serviced, attitude staffed restaurant.

Im glad to waste my time atleast 5 minutes for writing this kind of review, so this would help other folks who are looking for good hotel when they are hungry while roaming for Indian "Brand" restaurant First of all, I dont have any option to give negative rating and this rating may be negotiated for the taste! Of course, Im not concerned about the taste when away from home but the service!!! 1) We entered into restaurant 10 mins before buffet closing time, thats the mistake from our side 2) It started when they have taken away the foods from buffet while we were in queue with hand full of empty "plate". Then we had to literally beg them for food to be served from their hands (What a service) 3) within few minutes, the next battle happened before we forgive the earlier sin, we were struggling hard to eat the food in the tiredness of the travel. The attenders called "servers" started taking the plate with dishes yet to be eaten which implied that our food time is over! 4) My friend gave up all his unfinished plates intentionally after got irritated when the restaurant guy was shouldering him for the plates, still that guys didnt care about us and our expressions on their actions and they cleaning the table jus like a programmed robots (What a tidy environment?) 5) Instead, they could have had a board outside saying "No entry" after ...... time! We would be happy to go to other restaurant and skipped this review! The management of this hotel should realize that the customer satisfaction plays the vital role than the "profit" in "successful" business

Where do i begin. Firstly i would NOT recommend this place at all. In comparison to a LARGE number of indian restaurants i have eaten in within the uk. This place is terrible. We arrived and had a 20minute wait (we thought ok, its busy) when we were seated we had chilli poppadoms (not asked for) placed on our table. We thought this was a nice gesture. Upon eating a small bit of a pappadom we were greatly mistaken. It was like a off cracker. Horrible!! Then thought the on-table sauces would help. Nope. The mint one was like water. The swèet sauce was like a watered down soy sauce. There was no offer of a onion relish or mango chutney either. Now when our main finally arrived. It was a chicken korma and chicken tikka masala. The masala was like a hot spice level and the korma near abouts the same. No where NEAR the expected standard of a korma and tikka masala. The rice was the worst. It had no flavour what so ever and upon eating the first spoon also realised... it was COLD not even luke warm but COLD! Terrible service. Then when we finished our main we werent even offered any drinks or a desert menu. Nothing!! Just handed the bill likely because they wanted to get rid of us due to a indian family in the waiting area. Terrible. TERRIBLE place to eat. I would not recommend it one bit if you want a decent indian restaurant DO NOT be mislead by all the reviews on here. Because literally they look after there own. Go somewhere else or go to the UK.

Really good food. I took my family there a few hours ago and it was really good. We are on vacation to go to Disney. To give you a visual, it is Saturday night around 6 pm. When we go in the clientele is about 90 percent indian/hindi which is always a good sigh right? We waited less than 4 or 5 minutes to get our order taken. We ordered about 6 dishes since its our first night in Orlando / vacation and I already figured on blowing about 100 on tonights meal anyway. Our food came in about 15 minutes. Our waiter by the name of Aimrane was super attentive and came to our table at least 4 or 5 times to make sure we were good after getting our food. There was this other dude who seemed to be the water guy. He came to our table at least 5 times to fill our water glasses. I was glad because I ordered my dish Indian hot and it was freekin smoking hot man. I loved it. This place rocks. Would definitely go back. The prices were average but I always expect to blow some dough when I take the family out anyway. Also, go earlier in the evening or you will have to wait to get a table. A line formed outside as we were leaving. Also, if you like your food spicy, this is the place, if you like it not as spicey do not order medium hot, order mild hot as the mild seemed like medium to my wife. Also, thanks again Aimrane for excellent service man. We appreciate it and will definitely be back. Nuff said.....

I have both dined and catered with this company, and I will no longer do business with them. Some points to consider: Dining: First of all, you should not trust the staff. I had a server enter in their own tip amount after authorizing my card. This is unacceptable, and are lucky I didnt press charges! When I called, I was told to wait for a return call. This was 6 weeks ago, and Ive called close to a dozen times. The quality of the meals are forgettable. Buffet or not, there seems to be a wide variety in spice quantities. Some days its bland, some days its too spicy. I think their kitchen staff turnover is very high, which causes a lot of inconsistencies. The only thing I enjoyed paying for was the water to wash out the grease from my mouth! Catering: We were referred by some former friends (whom are Shills for the company), and we were priced relatively well. The food showed up late, the chefs were unprepared. The menu was missing a few items, and we ran out of food. I cant believe our event actually ended on a positive note: with the company leaving early. We wouldve paid the higher price to go with a professional company who has the ability to meet our needs. Please beware of Aashirwad!
