If ZERO stars were possible, thats all this place would get. This is the most disgusting food I have ever tried to eat. Not only was the woman behind the counter lost, couldnt get my order together , made me wait while she talked on the phone and then made we wait again to take care of a take out customer who came in several minutes after the me. The food is INEDIBLE. The ribs were so dry I choked trying to swallow a bite. My dog wont even eat it. The chicken was just as bad. $50 in the effin trash. I want my money back. I made a phone call to speak to the manager. She was helpful on the phone. I have to give Patty,the Manger credit. I returned the food and she refunded us. She was apologetic and helpful. Not changing my review of the food because it is true, and the manager agreed. I have never in my life taken food back to a restaurant, fifty dollars was a splurge at this time, so I am appreciative to be accommodated without any drama or hassle. Thanks Patty.

Stop here. Have a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and baked beans. Remember that day you had absolutely perfect coleslaw at KFC? The coleslaw at Pit Boss is ten times better, all day every day and is the weakest part of this meal. The baked beans are a magical composition of flavors and textures that could be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner year round. Other bbq joints try way too hard with too much brown sugar or that big piece of soggy bacon. Pit Boss baked beans are perfect. Period. The star of the show....their sauce. Smother the pulled pork with it, pile it on the bun and have napkins ready. Not that you will care how messy your face and hands are about to be, because that sandwich is going to disappear like its a cup of water and youve been lost in a desert.

Pretty sure everything served here is bought at Walmart or family Dollar. Someone opened the door to a back room while bringing out some frozen pre breaded thing in a plastic bag and you could see the stacks of pork and bean cans that are for sure from Walmart, and the sauce that goes over everything excessively definitely tasted like dollar store special. Chicken had blood oozing out near the bone, it was all just pretty much crap, garlic toast is not toasted, or even garlicky for that matter. Its basically a slice of bread with a burn mark on the middle probably from being thrown on a stove momentarily. Happy I didnt get sick, was seriously worried

I love this place they always have the best Service and food when I always come here.Very nice people that work in there I always when I come here I get Gina she is the most Friendly person working in the Restaurant.I recommend this place.Gina is so friendly and the rest of the staff is friendly too.This place is on Little Road and 1 Mile away from SR54.This place is way way better than Sonnys BBQ Sonnys is the worst BBQ I ever went to.If you want the best BBQ come to Pit Boss B-Q this place is the best ever.Pit Boss is cheap too.Sonnys expensive and the worst food in the world.I will come back to Pit Boss best B-Q in the world.

This was my first time visiting here. First the web site says delivery but it doesnt deliver. I ordered ribs and shrimp, bbq chicken and onion rings. The onion rings were just disgusting. The skin was left on, they were like an inch wide and so very greasy I threw them out. The chicken looked burnt and very dry. It had an odd taste to it. The ribs tasted odd also. The shrimp were just ok. The grilled garlic toast wasnt toasted at all but limp. Didnt eat that either. As I said the first and the last time I ever eat here. It was a waste of my money.

Horrible, the woman was rude over the phone during my take out order. When I asked a question, she didnt even know the menu. When I arrived to pick up the food (at the appointed time) it wasnt ready. The cook was not wearing gloves and eating food while preparing my order. This is very unprofessional and unsanitary behavior. Maybe they have new owners? I used to love dining in and taking out food, but after this experience I will never return to their establishment.

The food is awesome. No doubts there. Youre at a true southern BBQ joint. Sweet tea and smoked food. Only complaint is the service. One server on Mondays(they do a lunch special), and shes in charge of making salads too. The manager and bartender will be joking and talking with 4 patrons at the bar while 18 tables are manned by one person. She honestly does a great job, but its just too much. The system is letting her down, and its painful to watch.

Not impressed. Food tasted like it was out of a can except the meat. Had baby back ribs and although they were very tender, too much sauce and not much flavor in the meat. Tables were packed in. Feels like a sardine can. Salads came out at the same time as our main course so food was a bit cold when I was ready. Waitress was nice but very very slow and it wasnt that busy! Overall, it wasnt terrible but I wont be back.

You can smell this restaurant as you drive up Little Road. If you ever wondered if it tastes as good as it smells...it does! They have the best pulled pork and beef. The pulled pork platter is big enough to feed me and my 3 year old. The restaurant is not big on ambiance. It is the place to go if you want to enjoy enough awesome BBQ to fill you up without emptying your wallet.

They do not season there food i ordered a dish with bbq on the side cuz i just had a taste for the food it was not flavorfull the fries were good i dont kno about if they season the okra but it was ok i wanted 2 put some hot sauce on em though. But over all i did not enjoy they need to put some soul in they food or somethin cuz thats how u bring people back

We had lunch there for the first time last month after being told by several people it was a "must try" place. The food and price was just right and better then Sonnys BBQ. The only complaint we have is the slow service and waitress disappearing for long periods of time. Other then that I would highly recommend them for lunch or dinner.

I have been going there since the mid 90s and the food is "real bbq" . Besides the food being great, they have the coldest beer in town. They sometimes are so busy that they do screw up an order but the make good on it the next time you are there. All the girls are very nice and professional. Fun place to eat...

The worst bbq ever, membrane was left on the ribs, chicken was dry, sausage had a cheap casing causing a bad after taste, pulled pork was.... well edible after a gallon of sauce and salt..... low quality meat whoever the so called "pit boss" is takes no pride. What ever little rub was used is bland
