I have never gone out of my way to rate a restaurant but I feel like I would need to with this one. We went for a Sunday brunch to celebrate a friends birthday and they offer a $9 bottomless mimosa. First thing, the Mimosa was more like orange juice with the Splash and champagne. Secondly, whenever we would ask for another round of drinks, it would always seem like the servers were bothered by our request. Third , each round would take 25 minutes (or longer) to get back to us. Sidenote: the restaurant was not filled period maybe less than half capacity. Now I understand that there are people at the restaurant as well as our group so its difficult to stay on top of refills , but what bothered was that we asked them if we can have a pitcher for the group and they told us that our group was too big for the pitcher. Not exactly sure how that make sense. Mind you, theres two girls sitting at the bar with a picther in front of them constantly getting refills. Lastly, I personally order a round at 2:30pm. One of the servers let us know that he would bring us 16 mimosas just to make up for the service (2 per person) ... our other server came around 5 minutes later to ask if we were okay so I figured, let me ask her just to make sure that we do get mimosas. At 3:30 p.m. , she comes back to let us know that since its after 3 p.m. she cannot bring us any more drinks (close to an hour after I asked for them). I never saw our other waiter again by the way... So of course, this escalated to the manager and his resolution was to bring us 6 glasses of orange juice... Moral of the story, if you are going for unlimited / bottomless mimosas, its better to go LITERALLY anywhere else. Unfortunately never going to go here again.

I have been to every restaurant at The Palms but incredibly enough, had never step foot in Cadillac Ranch. In all reality, the Yelp reviews scared me off a bit so I stayed away, but last night, a group of friends decided to meet their for a girls night out during their Happy Hour which may I say is REALLY GOOD! I was surprised to see so many food items with special Happy Hour pricing. They were very good and so were the drinks. All my friends loved the Flirtini so I tried one. I dont like sweet drinks so I asked the bartender, Jason, to make it less sweet and add a bit more champagne and he made it just right! Jason was an AWESOME bartender. We were so loud and rowdy and he put up with us the entire time and then suggested we go ride the mechanical bull! If we could stay on for 20 seconds, we get a free shot. So what did we do? We headed straight to that bull! I fell off 2 seconds shy of getting my free shot (dang it!). Another friend actually made it, and the rest of us might as well have just polished the bull because we were just sliding off that thing as soon as we got on! It was great fun and Jason made it even more fun by egging us on and encouraging us. I was really surprised at how much fun we had. The service was GREAT (Jason - you rock my man!), the appetizers were really good, and the drinks were awesome. I will definitely be back. Give this place a shot. If you go during Happy Hour, sit at the bar and ask for Jason. You wont regret it.

I took my twin sister over at this restaurant because, they do the churrasco of how she likes it. Well, after eating it, she sent a special compliment to the cheff of how excellent it was and that shes never eaten such a tasty, well cooked, and juicy churrasco in the so many years shes lived in Miami. I guess, I was right. Its outstanding and I also tried the Rib Eye (cowboy cut) on that day and oh, boy, it was also delicious!!!!!! This Rib Eye is really for a cowboy, lol...!! If you are a girl you need to share it. I am here today, under happy hour Mon - Fri 3 to 7 pm where, having my favorite drink and appetizers. Definitely having the churrasco. They also have a late night happy hour from 12 mid-night. - 4 am Thursday through Sundays but no food or appetizers. Overall food is outstanding, drinks are great, service is remarkable, everyone is friendly and ready to serve. Enjoy!

Have always seen this location at Town and Country, and despite it not being the type of place Id visit outside of Miami, Im sure the bit of Miami flare was enough to warrant a visit. Service is kind of non-existent, or at least it was til our server finally got to our table and began waiting on us. Before that, hostess was not attentive and we had a to wait a bit before she finally got us a table. Very southern and Texan influence. Decided to give the fish sandwich a try, it was okay but nothing amazing, but I give them props for it being tasty. Also had a taste of one of their chicken dinners, which was simple, but good. They have a pretty decent selection of beers as well. They have an outdoor patio which is pretty nice and overlooks the lake and fountain. Service could use a bit of help, but a pretty decent establishment overall.

I went to Cadillac Ranch last Friday evening, We were stopped at the door by two girls who were more interested on their conversation than acknowledging our presence, when they finally did was to say the wait was 30 minutes even though there were visible empty tables.Less than 10 minutes later we where seated, after 25 minutes waiting at the table for a waiter/waitress to come by we got up to leave, as we passed by the door, let the girls know that no one had come to our table so we were leaving she made no visible effort to stop us or get the manager. Truly BAD SERVICE or Lack of it. .... UPDATE 04/09/17. I wanted to give this place a chance, went back, was sat fairly quickly, however after 25 minute no none had come to our table so I left, this thine for good.

Llegamos nos sentaron en mesa sucia. La comida normal .El pescado tostado.casi quemado. Terminamos y no aparecía ningún mesero para el postre. Y después dijo q no había porque el horno estaba roto. Poco profesional . Estuvimos el año pasado y el servicio fue mejor . Han decaído en servicio y atención al cliente.

I had been in about a year ago for brunch and it was decent. Last night I visted the bar after the kitchen was closed and THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND the place was TRASHED. Especially the restroom. Where I found used sanitary pads on the floor and vomit in the sink. I asked a bartender 3 times for a beer in which all 3 times he apologized and agreed to bring it right over, something that never happened until I asked someone else. A younger gentleman with the sides of his head shaved was the only decent person in the place. NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money or time at the Cadillac Ranch!
