Bueno realmente soy asidua al restaurante y en mi opinión era una de las mejores opciones q tenía cerca de casa pero el pasado sábado hice una orden de comida para llevar y cuando fui a comer con un party en casa el arroz moro estaba en mal estado obvio pq no lo habían cocinado el mismo día fui al restaurante y el manager no me pudo dar una respuesta quería darme más arroz obviamente le dije q no q ya había pasado la vergüenza con mis invitados y q quería me devolvieran mi dinero les regresé su comida en mal estado y me dijeron q el dueño me llamaría. Para darme una respuesta todavía estoy esperando deja mucho q desear esta acción por parte del manager q no pudo resolver el problema y de la administración q no le importo. Su personal le venda comida vieja y atrasada a las personas decentes y trabajadoras el dinero de los demás se respeta

Me han mandado un puré de papa ácido, recalentado, duro por los bordes, yo no se como se atreven ha hacer semejante cosa cuando saben que si una persona se enferma eso corre por su cuenta. Ademas de que me mandaron boniato frito cuando en realidad había pedido yuca frita, nunca me llamaron para preguntarme del cambio. Es una pena que este restaurante trabaje tan mal. Revisen cada alimento que pidan, porque te lo pueden dar del día anterior.

I am early in the morning with my husband and our friend. We tried to sit in the a decent table next to counter, but apparently it was reserve it for one group of persons that thought were Pablo Escobar and their crew. I don not if that restaurant is continuous a Cuban Restaurant , because 95% of the client and employee are from Colombian. I don have any problem with the race and nationalitity, but apparently the people were sitting in the salon have it, because someone one of them said that " it was better closed the restaurant for them. They did not realize that were in a restaurant in Sweetwater not in Coral Gables or in Fisher island.They feel like a " millionaire and finally their money had it same value that us. The service is not bad, but it was not the best, only one person was attending around 25 people, plus the exquisite people that reserve the salon.

Im giving a star because i guess i have to. Just ordered a club sandwich with extra bacon, ofcourse i had to pay for the extra bacon. They came to drop it off and all the bacon is completely white and raw. Disgusting. I called to complain the girl who picks up the phone sounds half dead so i asked to speak to the manager and the same thing. I tell him about the bacon and he mentions something about how much bacon i had. What the hell are u talking about. Never suggested to do anything for a customer. I hung up no call back. Avoid this place its nasty and the way they handle your food is like they dont even care and dont want to work. Absolutley gross

Latin Food Spots are on every corner in this city but very little leave that awesome impression on you to keep on coming in. This small , simple cuban restaurant keeps that original Latin America feel. Place is clean , food is affordable and great and the staff is allways on point. I stopped goin to all those famous chains that have just lost that feel of the authenticate cuban restaurant and this little hole in the wall keeps it alive.

The BEST Cuban meal I have ever had, and I am always scouting for Cuban restaurants on my extensive travels. The service was impeccable and the server was very accommodating to my gluten/dairy free requirements. They even took the time to pan free plantains for me since I cant consume anything in a shared fryer with gluten. Amazing!Seriously, this restaurant should be packed all the time. Go there and you will love it.

The lady at the takeout counter is friendly and good natured. I dont speak Spanish but she did a great job of communicating in English. Ive ordered the Cuban Sandwich and Fries here several times and the Sandwich is wonderful. They have a very extensive menu and offer student discounts to FIU students. One of the best things about this place is that it is open 24 hours.

I go to school the block over so I eat from here anywhere from 3-5 meals a week. This restaurant has really tasty food and best of all it is affordable. I would really recommend the "tamal en casuala" on Sundays/Mondays. Tell them Alain, the FIU student sent you. You arewelcome.

When u come here make sure u repeat ur order to them 2-3x as they are too busy flirting and chismeando with the customers to get it right the first time. Having ordered in Spanish didnt seem to make a difference either as they still messed up my order. Never fails.

Im a regulr customer here! I come here almost twice a week with friends. I order breakfast at any time of the day. Im a vegetarian and its quite hard sometimes to find plces thatll accomodate your needs but Latin Restaurant has so many options! Excellent service!!!
