I spend a weekend in Miami for business every five to six weeks and cannot function without my daily fix of Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. I had stopped into this location once before and was hoping the subpar experience was a fluke. The service is slow, and I mean really slow, and nobody that works there speaks English, not even at a conversational level! Im not sure how I am supposed to order my items and have them made correctly when the people working cannot understand what I am ordering and then take an excessive amount of time to finish the order.

DONUTS !!! They ate always stocked knowing the amount of people that cone and go around this area. They never give you a hard time and accommodate any inconvenience. Great place
