I had heard so much about this place. We got three coffees and three donuts to share so we could get a sampling. The YAMA coldbrew was, after highly touted, after pointing out the apparatus that makes it, drip drip drip... it was no better than others Ive had. The donuts were very bready. The flavours were nice, and creative, but nothing special.There is far better coffee down the street and far better donuts. Inside had only one table. I know they have been open only a month or so, but this is a franchise, not a locally owned small business, and a table really is the cheapest, easiest thing to have. We sat in the car to eat. No need to go back.

Donuts and coffee were delicious! Only a couple complaints. 1) they really need to work on line efficiency. There were no signs on any of the donuts/on the wall, so everyone at the front of the line was asking what was in the case. Took 10 minutes to get in and out with only 4 people in front of us. 2) Theres only one table in the entire place, and no outdoor seating! You guys are in Downtown Melbourne and you obviously worked very hard on the restaurant. People want to hang out for a bit! You guys will do great though. Staff was super friendly, food was great and its a unique spot. Cant wait to come back with the rest of the family!

These donuts are the best donuts youve ever had in your life. The cook(s) get to the store extra-early in the morning (around 2 or 3am) just to get started on todays batch. They have amazing flavors and incredible prices for the quality of product that youre receiving. I bought a tea here (cant remember what its called) and it was very herb-y and just not my type so be sure to sample the teas before you buy them.

Delicious donuts and coffee! I always receive prompt, friendly service with a smile. Their Yama coffee is great cold brew, and the coffee beans to purchase in bulk are great to bring home. I recommend the light or medium roast; they both have great flavor! If you want plain glazed donuts, always be sure to ask if they arent in the case; they usually have them in back or can make you a fresh one.

Great selection of premium donuts, but nothing basic. Selections werent marked, had to ask for clarification. At the checkout I asked for iced coffee, the young lady asked if I wanted it flavored. I asked what flavors were available, I got an eye roll and she pointed at the board. I asked for caramel, which I didnt get. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I have been there 3 times and each time they are out of whatever item I came for. I understand that bakeries work that way, but it is still annoying. So, I have to give 3 stars because the donuts I have tried are good, but I have never been able to try the things I came for, like the apple fritter, which did look amazing in my co-workers hand.

Anazing donuts with great multi-dimensional flavor. Also got their cafe con leche which was so delicious. Donuts are not always consistent, and they dont ever seem to have enough staff. Also, line couod be made more efficient if they put donut names on the front of the tray... lines are often held up by people asking what is what.

The Donut i tried was a monster sugar donut which was good. I honestly thought they would have more kinds of donuts, just not a small area. They have horrible sitting, theres 1 table in the back and with 4 chairs. I had to stand and eat. Not very welcoming to customers who want to sit and enjoy .

The best cake donuts in town. They even have options for your pain in the butt vegan friends that you cant take anywhere else in town. They today their own beans...the coffee is better than Starbucks but not as good as Anaya.

Apparently the hours on google are incorrect. We drove all the way over thinking they were open until 8 pm, but they closed at 6. We got there at 630 closed!!! Too bad that was your chance, it is not that hard to update hours!!!

Went for the first time last week on a friends recommendation. My wife and I had a red velvet and an apple fritter, both were very good. I just went back today and got a half dozen for the family, also a very good visit.

I love stopping here for lattes (Con Leche, Caramel, and Honey Lavender) and occasionally donuts. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are usually pretty friendly. I prefer this spot over Dunkin & Starbucks any day.

The parking here is pretty bad. If you like a lot of stuff all your donuts and you will love this place. I like plain Donuts so I will not go back to this place the cost to much for what I purchase

Donuts are delicious as well as coffee drinks. Prices are very reasonable. I deducted a star because they only have 1 table inside to sit at. So you pretty much have to always take it to go.

Donuts are very fresh and soft. They offer a wide variety of flavors, their coffee selection and drinks is also pretty big. Definitely try the Honey Lavender donut.
