SICK AND TIRED OF THESE LITTLE SNOBS TELLING ME HOW TO ORDER MY DRINK! SO....I just stop at the other one closer to my house. Hey, I have to drive a little further with my coffee in the car but at least I dont have to start off my day with a 20 something pretentious jerk telling me how to order. Went like this ME: "I would like a double White Chocolate Café Mocha Grande" SNOB: "You know it comes with two pumps of espresso already?! So that would be four pumps!" ME: "No I didnt, nor do I care!" "I would just like a double! If it came with six, I would still like a double!" SNOB: "Ok, just letting you know" ME: "Dont care! Just make it a double" Bottom line! I work hard for my money and this is not the only coffee place between me and my work. But it is the only coffee place I will no be giving my money!!

The baristas were very polite and helpful. They were not ruse or "in their own world" like Starbucks employees can sometimes be. My wife likes to bring her own tea because Starbucks doesnt carry the kind she likes, so when we ask for just a cup of hot water we usually get rude looks and attitude. The employee simply"yes, sir and asked if there was anything else we wanted. We tried their pastries which which actually fresh and delicious. The apple fritter was excellent, especially after being warmed up. The music playing was upbeat jazz and was being played at an appropriate volume. The coffee sugar, cream, etc were all full. So far, this is my favorite Starbucks in PC or PCB.

The coffee itself tastes burnt and is too hot to drink in till it has cooled of for at least 10 minutes or so, and tastes over extracted (overly acidic due to tannins released using too hot of water for brewing) though the coffee beverages taste fine, just dont taste like coffee, but rather like all the other things added to make whatever beverage it is.

This starbucks is never consistent with the taste. Me and my husband order the same thing every time we come but it taste nasty half the time. Plus the people arent very friendly. Callaway and the mall location have much nicer staff and consistent good flavor.

Very friendly and fast service. I love this place. ...I just wish the prices werent so high. Other than that, its always clean and a nice place to come get a hot latte or cold Frappuccino.

Friendly and relaxed waitstaff. I sometimes hold meetings here and my clients love it and we are not pressured to order to stay. When we do order, everything arrives quick and proper.
