Staff decided phone was more important than customer ... service was slow ... there was a child, behind the bar ... fingers up nose and in mouth, then grabbed things off of bar ... staff put things back on bar ... this is during cold and flu season ... very disgusting ... never going back again... also, staff was eating in plain site (dont really care about that ... but ) people needing drinks ... I was told I could smoke out front ... but no ash trays ... bathrooms not at the least bit clean ... place has potential, but they need to make an effort.

Tostones - that has been the only food worth talking about. The chicken wings smelled a bit "raw" and had a taste of bad meat. I could not even finish them. A bit too loud - cant really carry a conversation without yelling. Young man sleeping over by the bar, not a good look for a restaurant at 1 pm. Decorations- the management needs to decide what exactly is their theme. Looks like a museum and that could be fun if it looked organized. Not very family friendly. Would not take my kids there again. Priced OK.

I had a burger and it was very good. Not sure why so many had bad burgers. My fries were soggy. We waited a long time for the food and our server made several mistakes on all of our orders (4 of us). They were a little pricey but like I said, the burger was very good and Im a bit of a food snob. If Im in this area again, for lunch, I might give them another try but honestly Im probably going down the block to Nadias.

Hatfields is a great bar/restaurant where you will enjoy, great food, excellent various matinees at reasonable prices. On the weekends its a great place to hang out, you will enjoy the DJ playing various genres and sometimes live entertainment, where they encourage everyone to dance. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone feels welcomed. I always have a great experience there.

Avoid! Place is terrible! After waiting over an hour for our food, the fries were clearly sitting in the window forever because they were hot and soggy, my wifes burger was burned, nachos were burned, and my burger was not only burned but the bacon was partially raw. Never coming back here again and I recommend anyone in the area to avoid. McDonalds would be a better choice!

Food was decently good, waitress sucked. She spent more time at the table behind us and took 40 minutes after everyone else got their food to bring nachos to a member of my party. We waited an additional 30 minutes to get our check and ended up having to ask for it. I found this restaurant under the make it cheap section of Google maps, its far from cheap!

I couldnt speak to the bartender to order a drink (due to overpowering music) and i had to write down my order. When i showed her my order, she had to grab someone else to read it because she couldnt read English. Also, VERY small selection of beer. I was very disappointed of the establishment when it seems like a good place to visit from the outside.

Our burgers were burned and dry, the bacon on the burgers were burned on the ends and raw in the middle, the chips on our nachos were burned, refills on soda NOT free, waited on food for an hour and a half. The only good thing was the waitress. It was not her fault and she was very sweet.

For a place that has such great people atmosphere and such great food and great service, its sad to say that for such a small place that they cannot turn there AC on. We were there this past Saturday and really could not enjoy it, it was literally way to hot.

My husband and I stopped there last evening. Loved it. Their martinis and mojitos were awesome. Domingo is a true mixologist! The menu looked wonderful and reasonably priced. An upscale sports bar with great atmosphere!!!! Kissimmee needed this!!!

Came on a Tuesday and had lunch. Had the place almost to our selves. Staff was attentive and pleasant. We split a Ceasars salad and bison burger. It was plenty for the 2 of us. Both were excellant!!!
