This Is A Good Year
This use to be the only spot to come to for some amazing Caribbean food and some amazing reggae music... I love fridays, but the last friday I went.OMG horrible. The line in side the club was horrible, then I had to pay $20.00 just to listen to rap music. LiKe the Dj was horrible. I had to leave after only beening there for 15 mins, it was so bad.... please tell The Dj this is a reggae slash hip hop spot. I come here because of the real ting flavor. Where people dance and have fun and eat and drink. But most of all get always from everyday work life. Please Please please have a Dj that plays reggae music, hip hop rap is ok for some of the time but not the entire night. Please Please.. Other than that this is one of the most amazing spots to go to..

Sharing entrees with my girl: oxtails and jerk chicken. I was in Jamaica just a few months ago and I feel like I am back. She loves it as well and says it is just like home (Jamaica). Folks that is saying a mouth full, because she is tough critic. The vibe is great on this Saturday evening. Dj is spinning some lite music. Thanks to the manager, Hanna, for putting us on the VIP list and treating us like family. Ill be back on my next visit.

Last night was my first time at this club and it was really nice! The club was super packed and the food was amazing! The jerk chicken dinner was absolutely amazing and the whole place just makes you feel like your actually in jamaica! Im in Jacksonville FL visiting friends and I cant wait to come back and visit " De Real Ting " again and more times! I Love this club!

I LOVE THE REAL TING CAFE!!! Everyone is always nice. This is a positive and upbeat and clean Carribean establishment. The food is top notch and served with quality that will send your tastebuds into an "Island feenzy".

Spacious. DJ was really good even though he didnt start playing reggae until after midnight though and that sucked. Other than that, pool tables, expensive bar and half the staff had bad attitudes.
