I used to really like this place until one day I found out what happens when they sell you something bad. I bought a twelve pack of beer and the bottom fell out of the box because it was soaked, spilling beer and broken glass in the parking lot. The manager accused me of lying about the box, cursed at me, accused me of "only caring about the beer", and PUT HIS HANDS ON ME to tell me I was a liar. I have been a neighbor and loyal customer of this store for years and now sadly I cant go back after being treated this way. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but he was cursing at me in a parking lot and store full of children. He literally chased me out of the store. Please dont shop here at this store. There is a friendly store not two doors down called Europa that just opened that has many of the same items whose manager will probably not chase you out over a broken $12.99 12 pack of beer. At the very least, he probably wont put his hands on you.

I live in Naples, Fl and I travel 200 miles round trip so I can just visit this store. I feel like Im in a grocery store in Eastern Europe where people are talking so many languages and are so polite. This store has everything from canned foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, great cheese selection and a meat department that has a wide variety of sausages, meats and fish. And EVERYTHING is always fresh. For those of you that like chicken soup, I suggest that you taste their home made soup, its out of this world. The prices are very reasonable in all departments. They also have a small buffet with many selections of foods and entrees. The staff and cashiers are always ready to help you with a smile. I recommend this store to anyone that is looking for Great Eastern European Food or Cuisine. As for me , I will continue driving 200 miles round trip to a great grocery shopping experience !!

My wife and I have been going to this always-busy pan-east European market/deli since moving to south Florida from New York/Romania. The diversity of cold cuts and cheeses is amazing and the prices are much lower than in your local supermarket. They make delicious savory pastries, salads, soups and all sorts of European dishes, in house, on a daily basis. Smoked fish, caviars, pates, and pickled products always make their way to our shopping list. They also have a large and yummy assortment of European chocolates (Milka, Kinder anyone?), sweets, coffees and teas. To top of our “must haves” are the assortment of wines and beers from Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Germany… you name it. A few words of warning... check expiration dates on canned and packaged products.

I love this place. Ive made it a habit to go once every month or every other month. The prices are low, the food is authentic, and there is a large variety. I especially love how they handled a return. I bought Silyodka in a plastic small bucket and when I opened it the next day it was a little funky. So I called the next day and Natasha (one of the owners) told me to bring it in with the receipt. I went that same day and Denis (a guy that works there) already knew why I came. He took it from me and told the clerk to return my money. I was so pleased with that, I ended up buying so much more during that same visit. See? Other businesses should be more like this..its more pleasant and it turns out that everyone wins. Via Moldova! ^-^ приеду через неделю

If not this morning, I would rate this store with 5 stars. A man who serviced me and my wife looked like an owner or at least a manager. When I was surprised by a charge and wanted to check the amount and a weight of red caviar, he started his speech with "Dont shout at me", but I was not shouting just wanted to understand were the price came from. Then he said: I am not your wife (repeated twice) and went on and on about nice morning which we spoiled for him. It looked like his own wife made him upset. Our previous visits were nothing but pleasant experience, probably because we were served by just employees who care to provide an excellent service.

to the guy saying returns are a stupid american fashion: This is America. And there are laws regarding food to make sure the people health is not compromised. if you come to America to do bussiness then you have to abide by the country laws and not try to pretend you belong to any special culture just to offer an inferior product or brake the law. Unproperly handled food or food beyond its expiration date can lead to extreme illness and even dead. Im sure if you were the one getting poisoned you will have a different opinion. If you want to sell bad produce then dont sell in America.

Terrible customer service. In fact there IS NO customer service at all. No one knows what that is.If i could rate MINUS 5 starts i would do it. All the "people" there are living and working with soviet way of thinking. Like i bring them business and they think i MUST go there, because it is a russian store. Terrible.I do not want to talk about the products on display. Most look like someone have eaten them and put back on the shelf.I have NOT been there for more than a year and i am so happy, however my wife was there again few days ago(she so naive) So this is the end of it...

Today I had absolutely unpleasant experience in this store, despite I had liked and visited it before. Having a full basket of products, we were asked by a store clerk, in very rude manner a woman who made a wry face, to wait until other people who have a couple of items, go first. Than, when she saw we are buying a Ukrainian bread, she made some rude comments, and finally, she told us that she hate everything Ukrainian. The impression was like we are in a fascist shop! How do they work in the US??? Is that legally? Definitely, I will never come there again.

A miniature food museum! Excellent selection of deli meets and cheese. Nice dairy lot (thank god they have kefir!) and canned products. Try Riga sprats over their freshly made bread loaf with butter, sipping exported hefeweizen. Yes, they have good beer selection from Germany, Poland and Czech Republic with modest prices. It is the only place in the area where I could find whole leaf Ceylon tea. I am glad you guys are in the area, please keep up the good work!

Very bad service, they dont accept returns except if you bring actual unconditional food(sic!) and employees are extremely rude with customers, in store and by the phone. Most of the products are with expired date which is covered with price sticker or is located in a place where its hard to see. Would suggest to all my friends not to risk their health and money in this store, and file complain to DoACS so they could take a better look at this store!
