*Dirty store!!!* I have always loved this place since (when it was Smoothie Cafe). I hadnt been in a couple years due to moving out of state. Excited, to be back in town, my hubby and I went so I could grab a smoothie. As soon as we walked in we had to hold our nose. It smells like a freaking dog kennel!!! I still ordered a smoothie and watched as she made it. I didnt see any problems with the employees cleanliness or anything she used and it tasted delicious. However the whole place looked run down like it was closing and, again, the smell was so awful my husband had to go outside. You can see mold building in certain places, and its barely decorated or even made to look like a properly functioning store. I am highly disappointed (not in the service, she was great!) and if I go back it will only be to see if theyve improved or to call the health inspector and wait for them to show up!!!!

Placed a pick up order to make it easy for them because there service is so slow. I wait 20 mins go there and it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was there, just to find out my order wasnt ready. So were at 30 mins. I told her to cancel the order and then she goes ok and gives me the thank God face. Instead trying to rectify and keep a customer whos be coming here for 15 years they let me go. But they wouldnt know that because they keep changing owners every couple years. The smoothies there are mediocre at best and the only reason I go there is because its the closest to my house. Service is way to slow and they dont acknowledge you when you walk in. Since I go all the time this is like 50th incident and Im over it and done with this place!

I will never come back here again. #1 Service is horrible, the girl hardly spoke english and i asked about some things on the menu and she just had no clue what i was talking about. #2 I asked for a chicken salad wrap. Their chicken is microwaved for 5 minutes to cook as soon as i realized it wasnt freshly made i asked to cancel it. This is supposed to be a healthy place . #3 Their smoothies are made with fruits that arent fresh either their previously frozen and when i tried it, it was like they poured a cup of sugar in it, it was disgusting i threw it out. Not to mention the smoothie alone cost me almost $5 . Really if your going to charge that much your fruit should at least be fresh.

I dont usually write reviews but today (Sunday morning) disturb me. I come to this place all the timetime usually great customer service but this morning I called to make an order,the lady was so rude... She answered with an attitude saying Smoothie Plus , how can I help you and I politely said well Good Morning before I can even say the word morning she rudely cut me off and said what would you like to order? How did she even know I was calling to order. Whoever works that shift has poor phone customer service. Smoothie Plus almost lost a loyal customer because of her rudeness. Otherwise the shakes and wraps are great and the owner is awesome.

a friend went there to pick up food and came back to the office when she noticed she got the wrong thing. When she called to have them delivery if cause she could not leave work again the children there were so rude. Said everyone there takes trains or buses and no one would dlivery it. She had to leave work and possibly get fired for leaving twice to get the corret food. The BOY that was supposed to be a supervisor was the worse. He got so nasty and even hung up on her.. They refuse to give her money back or give her the food she ordered. Place is a joke and so are all the employees and you can tell the owner doesnt care.. NEVER EAT HERE!

This is the only place I get my low-carb smoothies because they dont add unnecessary junk, like added sugar. The staff is always great and listen to special requests. Plus, they answer your questions. I used to go to Smoothie King, until I realized that their staff AND their owner was lying to me about the amount of sugar in their frozen fruit. Told me none of their fruit has added sugar, then one staff member said ALL Of the fruit was in a sugar syrup except for the bananas. And that was supposed to be a healthy smoothie place?? Please! Ill stick with Smoothie Cafe :)

I found some unidentifiable subtances that probably pertain to the smell. Some may find the smell unpleasant but I think it smells like home!! Was just chatting with the boss Ricky about my order and he informed me they were expanding soon! Cant wait for new beginnings with this store. The glasswear they use specifically for To go orders is always completed with a slice of lime aswell. Very durable cups as I usually test them by throwing them firmly on the floor of my home as soon as I finish my drink to find them practically indestructible.

Just discovered Smoothie Kafe last week and fell in love! Ive been going there for 5 consecutive days now, but cant get enough of their smoothies! So far, my favorites are the Grape Trill and Cherry Heaven. Their chicken caesar wrap is also phenomenal... Amazingly, they manage to keep their price very fair, AND give their customers Frequent Buyer Cards with awesome redeem options. Perfection!!!

I feel bad for the hardworking owner... Last week I seen the young spanish girl with a ponytail flirting with several customers giving out free smoothies and them paying for small and getting large. Obviously so she could get a good tip. I sat in there for a good 45 minutes. I have owned a business like this. It is sad to see employees taking advantage. She had no integrity.

Ive been a customer here for years. The service is excellent, and the smoothies are delicious. My only complaint is the smell of the actual store. Personally, it always just smells like a public restroom. I have friends who dont come here specifically for that reason.. On a side note, I always tend to see new faces working there.

I asked if their meat was hormone free, grass fed, organic, any or all of the above. They were like "I dont know." Well, for an all natural place, youd think, wouldnt you? So I asked them to find out. I was so shined on. Natural? Forget it. They use "natural" as a greenwash.

Great smoothies and food, it sucks that the owner just have one employee busting his/her butt making the food, taking the orders, been on the cashier and answering the phone. he is going to loose his business, people leave because they dont want to wait 20 minutes for their food.

AMAZING HEALTHY SMOOTHIES! Their selection is so varied and they use all REAL fruit! First the smoothies got me hooked but once I tried their wraps Ive been eating lunch there at least twice a week. SO GOOD! :)

horrible i just left the smell is horrible and so is the smoothie why df do i have strawberry in a peanut butter smoothie dont make since ughh!! never again plus its super high worst experience ever!!
