The sushi was really quite delicious. Like all good sushi, it was presented beautifully and tasted fresh. We had an order of egg rolls, which were okay. A friend had a dinner bento box and loved it. The bulgogi in particular was a favorite among the table. The real reason for the drop in stars was the service. Our waitress was polite and nice, but food preparation was very slow. There were discrepancies with the menu (the menu said the order of egg rolls was six pieces when we were given four; different menus had different prices). We ordered house salads as appetizers that we never received. There were other customers at the time, but not so many as to make the delay and mistakes reasonable. There are other options in the area for sushi that I will likely lean towards rather than returning to Dosirak.

After driving past several times and commenting on their sign we finally stopped and were glad we did! My companion isnt a sushi fan so we ordered bento boxes. The portions are enormous and the food was delicious, perfectly cooked and attractive. The green tea we ordered was real matcha also perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and efficient despite the fact that there appeared to be a single waitress for the whole place. Most of the other diners appeared to be ordering the sushi which looked delicious. It is a relatively small place with table seating and seats at the sushi bar. There is a second room for overflow. Most of the tables were filled with a couple of people at the sushi bar and many appeared to be regulars always a good sign. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I came to Fort Walton Beach on a mini vacation and decided we wanted to eat at a Japanese restaurant, so I went on google and searched all Japanese restaurants nearby and stumbled on this one so we decided to eat here based on the great reviews! and boy were they all right........ The food here was absolutely the best Japanese and sushi my husband and I have ever ate! The lady at the sushi bar was super friendly and welcoming along with the gentleman that sat us down and took our order. Please if you have not tried this place before you are truly missing out!!!! This is my first review ever on a restaurant so that alone will say a lot!

As an avid cultural and Asian food lover, this experience wasnt the best. I ordered an appetizer, didnt get it until with the meal, they got my husbands order incorrect, then my garlic spicy was chicken burnt. The waitress said "Oh Im sorry" but didnt care to exchange it, take it off or anything. Not to be prejudiced, but if youre ignorant with cultural food, of course youll believe its "outstanding". No. Its equivalent is panda express, they just rip you off with extra charges.

If you love sushi you definitely need to check this place out. The sushi is one of the best that I have tried in this area. Also the staff is super nice. Ms. Chong behind the bar is amazing. Shell custom make a sushi roll if you ask. I asked for just something spicy and whatever she made was delicious. The bento boxes are good too, expect a lot of food :). Since my first time here I keep coming back. Dosirak House really is a cool little place.

Beat sushi in the panhandle! Ive been to places in Panama City, Destin, and Pensacola. This place blows them all away. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are always beautifully prepared. If you cant decided what to order the sushi chef will work with your tastes to create something to your liking. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Chong and Jimmy are always amazing. I was devastated when they left yamatos but once I found them again I knew I would choose nowhere else for my sushi. Chong is always welcoming and friendly, she always remembers her regulars, Jimmy does too. Jimmy is the Chef in the kitchen who makes the bulgogi and other delicious foods. I love this place!

The sushi is not perfectly rolled and at any given time there probably a Max of 3 people working on the wait staff. However this is some of the best tasting Sushi Ive ever had. (On par with McGuires for cheaper.) I highly recommend the Red Dragon Roll and Sushi Pizza. Enjoy!

Wonderful environment, excellent service and the food is phenomenal. You have to try the sushi pizza, its AMAZING!!! I havent had one piece of sushi that wasnt delicious. And Chong will make any roll, any way you want it or you can make up your own!! I highly recommend it.

Went randomly because Google maps said it was japanese and korean food. I was looking fir korean food. Its not. They have only two items that are korean. This is no complaint though. Food was great, sushi was awesome, and the waitress was very helpful.

Fabulous food! Dont let this little unassuming spot in a run-down strip mall fool you. Its very neat and soothing inside and the food is delicious and beautifully prepared. Many types of sushi, bento boxes, and more. Best food Ive ever had in FWB!

Im super picky about sushi and this is the best sushi Ive ever had! Ms. Chung is super nice and willing to make you whatever you would like! Also, the pricing is incredible; My boyfriend and I also enjoy the fried rice and salad!! :)

We go here ALLLLL the time. We have been following Chong since she worked at Yamatos. She is the best and the staff is always great. She will make anything you want however you want it . The best Sushi in town no doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im visiting from out of town and I had lunch here with some regulars. We were the first customers there. The service was prompt and very friendly. I had a bento box with garlic chicken. Everything was tasty and presented well.

One of the BEST sushi place in town!! Place doesnt look that great from out side but the food is amazing. Definitely will keep coming back. First timers should definitely try the Spicy Crunchy Tuna and the Sushi Pizza..

I hear the sushi is good but every time I go there at times they say they are open, the doors are locked... Happened a few times as recently as yesterday at 1:00PM so never wasting my time to ever go there again.

The workers were very rude. The website and the sign on the door said that they close at 9:30 pm, I arrived at 8:30pm. They refused to serve me and told me they have to change the sign. Very disappointed.

My youngest son and I went here last week for dinner. The sushi was amazingly good and the sushi chef and our waitress were super nice. The restaurant is very clean. I cant wait to go back!

chicken bulgogi was too salty and the side soup taste bad ,California roll wasnt impress ive ..beef bulgogi was so so .never go back there again.it didnt taste like Korean food at all .
