The sign in the window says there is a difference between a chain pizza and an independent-operator pizza. They are right! The large pizza is really large and the hand-tossed crust is the perfect complement to your favorite pizza topping and there is a huge menu of specialties plus about any topping you can think of. I had a difficult decision deciding on my favorite. Today I tried the Eggplant Parmigiana pizza, the Fried Ravioli appetizer and a cannolli for dessert. The owner, Dino, was absolutely right about the Fried Ravioli. It is great. I am over-full from loving the pizza taste. Next time, Ill try either the White Pizza or the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. I think plenty of exercise is in my future! New restaurant, friendly, family run, great atmosphere and great food! Google map is not right. It is located on the boardwalk in Countryside Place Shopping Center across Countryside Boulevard from Countryside Mall near Fishtale Willys and across from Tuesday morning and Subway. I let them know about the map so maybe Google will get it corrected soon.

I wont be back over priced food. The pizza was ok only one menu in the whole place u have to wait for other customers to get done before ordering and the older ladie who is a cashier dont no at all what she is doing i order a pizza half way waiting for it to get done she says whoops charged u the wrong price u owe 4 more dollars wow i got a lg pep puzza 2 small drinks it cost 28 on top of that orderd a Italian sub and got the little portion of veggies and they were warm so pissed when i left there and when someone orders a basket of fryes give them enough ketchup worst experience im sorry i dont even do reviews but i was so upset when i left i had to speak out

Wanted to try a different place for lunch today, and im glad i chose this one. It was delicious!!! I got a slice and a gyro. So good!!! Theres a lot of places in the Bay area saying theyre "authentic" NY style pizza, but fail at the "authentic" part. This place "owns" the authentic. Not greasy and the perfect size to fold as well. Even the hot sauce tasted like NY style hot sauce. The gyro beat out a lot of greek restaurants. Full of tasty meat and lots of it @ a good price. I will be going back very soon...maybe even tomorrow. Check em out. A small little place w/ no frills tucked away...those are the best places.

Since the last Comment a lot has changed with boardwalk not only in the look of the place but also in the way you get treated here. I will now be coming more often and recommend this new and improved boardwalk to anyone who wants to enjoy a slice of delicious pizza. I did not speak to the owner to let the people know that its honestly coming from me and I was not coerced or given anything to revert my comments. I genuinely gave it my own chance after the owner commented and saw for myself the change. I love my pizza joint again!

We order almost once a week from here! The food is really good, and I love their gluten free pizza option since I am gluten intolerant! The couple small hiccups I could say is they always say itll be 45-55 minutes but expect at least an hour to a little over an hour (the food is worth it though I just order earlier) and sometimes the food is room temp by the time we get it so we have to reheat it. The service is always friendly though... Overall this is our go to place friendly service, great prices, and good food!!

The pizza is very New Yorky with crunchy fluffy crust. We had the deluxe half anchovies. We also had a Gyro add lettuce. The pizza was an A- and the Gyro a B+ which is a very high rating. This is the best Gyro weve had since Plaka in Tarpon Springs who is no more. So this is now our go to gyro. The pizza could have been a little more done in the center, but a B+ is great since Im comparing to the best in NYC. We will be back many times. Hopefully they develop some frequent buyer program.

This place has gone down big time. I do not know if they have changed owners or the staff that makes the pizza, or the staff in general but its now ALL sauce, little cheese and day old heated up pizza if you buy it by the slice. Its not the same pizza that it was, I say a good year ago. I really hope they get their stuff together, because I and my family really enjoyed their pizza. But for now, I will not go, nor share likes about this place. Best wishes....

Im new at reviews, but these guys are consistent. I always order delivery. Its delivered as ordered every time -- even with special instructions like extra crispy, extra dressing, etc. Ive ordered from them for over a year and am impressed. Ive tried Marcos and others, but Boardwalk gets it right every time. Quality and quantity of ingredients is exceptional. Delivery folks are always kind and friendly. They have earned being my first choice.

the best pizza around, My fiance and I spent the last year searching for a great pizza place, we had tried everything from umbertos to sans and the list goes on, nothing compares to this place. We order extra cheese, you get extra cheese. The sauce is perfect. We have also tried there calzones, most of the time we have to weigh out which one to get. I hope this place stays around for a while because if it does, they have life time customers.

Always order the same 2 things here because its the best. On Tuesday they have BOGO on Gyro and we started out ordering because of the special but now we are repeat customers because of the taste. The Gyro pizza is all so something you wont find on many menus. Had Gryo Pizza today this is something we have ordered many times. Never dissapoints. We ordered a side of tasziki and put it on top. Mmmmm mmmmm

In todays economy, its great to be able to take my family out to eat for great food and the prices are very very good! The pizza is the best ive ever had, the gyros are the best too! excellent tsasiki sauce! full menu! kids menu too tho we always go for the specialstuesdays are bygo free gyros! and they have a 2 pizza slices and a drink special! love shopping at tjmaxx and then going there for dinner!

We have ordered from here a few times and its usually great. Today ... not so much. The girl that took the order was rude. We were going to call back and cancel, but decided the food would be worth it. Pizza was extremely greasy and looked like they smashed it in the box. Crust was curled up on the sides and there was a crease down the middle. Probably wont be returning, not worth the price.

We love this place!!! The food is amazing, the prices are awesome and the employees are so friendly & helpful!!! Our condo is right across from them so we are regulars when we are in Clearwater!!
