Normally I try and let a company make good on their mistakes but, 2 seperate times my order has been screwed up. This latest time, I ordered the ham and cheese lunch special. I guess the deli was out of cheese because my sandwich didnt have any. How difficult is it to make a ham and cheese sandwich? I mean making sandwiches is what youre supposed to be good at? Update: The owner contacted me promptly and was very apologetic about the mistake with the order. I realize the staff hired at not only their business, but many others may not be up to standards. They assured me they will address the situation with the employee. Although we did not reach a satisfying resolution, I do recommend their food normally.

I went to Glasglow Deli as I heard they had some great sandwiches. I went in an ordered one of their cheesesteaks and was thoroughly impressed. The serving size was good and it also came with a good amount of fries. I would recommend this deli to all my friends and plan to go back the next time I am in Dover.

I have been eating here since they opened the new building and have never had bad service. Not once have I had bad food. Owners are friendly and funny and take time to talk to you. You cant beat the food or the price.

The staff can be really snippy at times and the owner threatened me with police contact when I wanted to cancel an order 3 minutes after placing it. The food isnt as good as Capriottis and THEY know how to treat people.

Why do they close at 4:00pm? Was getting ready to order a great cheese steak and found out they were closed ... What about us folks that dont get off until 4:00pm and would like to have the choice to order at Glasgow?

This place is well worth the money. My delivery was fast, the driver was nice, and the food was amazing. When you order fries you get a whole bag of fries not just a tiny little box. And they are actually amazing.
