Price. Holy Crap huh! Ok, so price is kind of a buyer beware thing. But some places you just go to and dont pay attention to the price until one day you are told over $7 ($6.69+tax) for a medium milkshake and you think to yourself "WTF?". Ha! I actually laugh at the audacity to ask such high prices. In addition to the insane shake price, I grabbed a water (the Nestle branded cheap stuff you buy at the grocery store for like 15 cents a bottle in the 30 packs) and it was $1.29 + tax. I overpay on lots of things, but its a rare occasion I feel like I really got raked over the coals. I said something to the cashier and she acknowledged they get a lot of complaints about their pricing.

07/31/ I love going to BR for ice cream. I literally go at least 3 times a week! This store can be very friendly when it is staffed by the right people. I have been very disappointed in the past with certain female workers who have terrible customer service skills. I havent seen them in a while so I am very happy. Tonight I was very happy with the service, a young man named Adrian P. was very nice and had a great attitude. The other two young men who were working (I dont know their names) are also amazing workers who always help us when we go. I love the service weve been getting lately, I hope it stays that way.

Wow this is probably the worst service I have ever had all employees were on their phones. They didnt even acknowledge I was there. I ended up asking one if I could get an ice cream cake made to pick up she said she didnt know how asked the other employees who didnt know. I ended up walking out after twety minutes of no one knowing what was going on while conversation amongst each other on the weed they are going to smoke on break.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but this particular location seems always under-staffed and missing something. Once I waited for 15 minutes to get serviced only to find out they ran out of waffle cones. Another time I was the only customer there but they ran out of very berry strawberry ice cream. Whoever is in charge with inventory needs to do a better job.

The staff was so unprofessional!!! The girls behind the counter got upset with me and my daughter because we interrupted them staring the guys in their shop. As we asked about the birthday promotion the one girl in pink rolled her eyes at me. I will never go back!!!

I just wanted to write a review to offset the bad ones. The people there have always been great and even wrote vulgar things on my birthday cake and laughed. Attitude is overall great and it is a shame they are so underrated. Now go get some calories.

I love the 31+ flavors they offer, cant treat myself as much as I would like, gain too much weight but love their rich, creamy ice creations Every chance I get! This location is always clean and the staff is always polite.
