This place is nice enough, maybe trying to be a bit too upscale for a "grill". Prices are just ok with most selections around $18 and above. Dinner does not include a salad. Portions are on the smaller side. Wait time on Saturday night wasnt too bad at a half an hour, recommend reservations though but even with one people waited for a table. They actually have a waiter just for the waiting area serving drinks so I can see why having everyone wait for a bit can drive up cocktail revenues. The dining room is very crowded with tables sitting close by and not enough room to walk between some. Server was very good and made sure we were happy. The only issues we had was the special that was ordered was not considered an entrée and we were charged full price when a bowl of soup was ordered with it. The second issue was the crab cake that came with the steak and crab cake dinner. For some reason they thought putting a bunch of cayenne pepper in it would make it better, NOT. Enough pepper to make someone cough for five minutes. We brought this to the attention of the manager who apologized and then left. Considering the crab cake was not edible to the customer he did nothing to remedy the situation. We left feeling we didnt really matter that we return again by the manager. The manager spent a great deal of time with a table of guests who were loud and had no problem cussing. I guess they were more important. Although we enjoyed most of the food we probably wont return anytime soon.

Very disappointed. Major foodie here and all I have to say is that the service and food were very mediocre. I am using the word mediocre nicely. First off, the side salad is not worth it. It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and sun flower seeds. I felt like I was eating lettuce and dressing without any real flavor. I was willing to forgive the salad thinking that my dinner would be outstanding. I ordered one of the starred items: meaning that it isone of their signature dishes that stands out at Bonefish Grill. The Tilapia. My dish came out with the wrong side and was cold. I had over heard the server tell someone that we were not ready for our food, because we had just received our salads. I am guessing that they set our plates back in the window for 15 minutes before bringing them out. I let them know my meal was cold and two minutes later received my fish that I could tell had been reheated in the microwave. If anybody has ever worked in the kitchen in a restaurant we all know that you do not reheat peoples food in the microwave. This is a big no no! So, I see the manager pass by our table a couple of times since my complaint was made. He made no acknowledgement of the cold food or to stop by and see how are meal was going. Our $70.00 check came out without any discount for the horrible food. I can not reiterate enough times how disappointed I was with my experience. I expect great service and amazing food and neither were accomplished. I will never be back.

My husband and I have been to this particular Bonefish twice and have had great experiences both times. We went with our parents during Happy Hour so we had some of their house wines which were really good. I wish I could remember our servers name, but both times weve been we were at one of her tables and she did a phenomenal job! She was very knowledgeable and helpful about my husbands gluten allergies. I had a coupon for a free Bang Bang shrimp but hadnt printed it out (it was only on my phone) and the manager simply had me email it to him so they could print it off and allow us to use it. Talk about them going out of their way to serve us! I ordered the longfin tilapia with lemon butter sauce and it was very tasty. My husband ordered the salmon, but had it "Lily style" (with goat cheese and spinach on top like their Lilys Chicken) and he said it was the best salmon he had ever had. They also were great about preparing the Bang Bang shrimp gluten free so that my husband could have some. We will definitely be coming back in the future and I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Had lunch at Bonefish with a group of coworkers. What a disappointing experience. Three of us ordered soup. All three sent it back to the kitchen because it was cold. The check was brought to our table without asking if anyone wanted dessert or coffee. Several in our group of eight wanted dessert. After making selections, the server told us she had mistakenly handed us the wrong dessert menu. Next, several in our group ordered cappuccino. While waiting for their cappuccinos we were told there was a problem with the milk on the machine. No cappuccinos. When a few in our group tried to use the bathroom they had to navigate around a large wooden bench and a giant pot to try to get into the door of the bathroom. Apparently the floors had been polished the night before and the staff hadnt yet moved those obstacles out of the bathroom hallway.

I really like this place. You have Thu try their signature bang bang shrimp. Its got a little kick to it but not bad. The steak I had was good, but they under cook a bit (when we asked the waitress actually told us so that was awesome that she knew). So medium is more medium rare. Thats good with me but might not be for others. And it takes a little bit to cook, so dont expect a 45 minute trip. More so if you get a steak that will take a while to cook. But the food was very good. And if you like au gratin potatoes, get them as one of your sides. They are really good. The environment is nice but Im not sure if I would bring my kids as they are a bit younger but some people around us did have kids and were fine.

Very unpleasant take-out experience I had to share. They took my order over the phone, and when I went to pick up, after 10 minutes of waiting beyond the promised time, they notified me the sides I requested are not on the menu. Huh? They were on the menu online and the person who took my order didnt say anything. So they screwed up, fine. I waited another 5 minutes and out came my order - or at least what they claimed was my order. Of the 4 entrees I ordered, only 2 were correct. I questioned them about the screw-up and they basically shrugged at me. I wont be ordering take out from this location again.

If you like falsely kitschy corporate chain seafood restaurants with a pretense of grandeur, this is your place. The food is decent and consistent, but not amazing. Prices are fair, but not great. There is a pretty good selection of various sea creatures (and a few form the land) to eat. Weve been here a few times and generally get good service. However, there was that one time the waitress was just plain aggressive toward my wife and made us both uncomfortable. Id never use my own money to dine here, but we dont mind when we get gift cards.
