5 stars is right. This is a beautiful, creative space with a lot of unique seating options that each feel like your own space when you settle into them. The coffee is good quality and well-priced. The music varies considerably and tended to suit my taste, and never seemed intrusive when it came time for me to focus on my work. Theres a fenced-in outdoor space in the back that I didnt check out, but I bet itd be nice to hang out there on a cloudy day. Thanks yall.

I like this place. It is a surprising, unassuming coffee shop in north Aurora. The pace is mellow here, no fast-paced, 5-person line late for meetings. Coffee was good. There are not a lot of pastry choices at 915 am. That might change if they knew there was demand. There were good, basic coffee choices, including espresso and brewed options. One cool thing is the artist presence and the general artistic feel of the place.

Really great, in house roasted espresso and coffee. The honey cinnamon latte is a tasty specialty but the made to order pourover options are also great. Cool space with artists doing their artsy things in the back and nice woodwork tables up front. I alternate between here and Quince St for coffee/internet/work hangs, both are so awesome and close! Update: still awesome. Now with snacks and treats! Freaking love this place!

The customer service is always top notch here. This was one of the first coffee shops I found when I moved to Denver last year and its continues to be a regular stop for me. The atmosphere is perfect for working away on your laptop (especially in front of the book wall they have). Ive gotten a vanilla latte, cafe mocha, and cold brew and Ive never been disappointed. If you have the chance to check this place out, do it.

Really impressed with what Jubilee is doing. Stopped by on a whim (with a few Google map stars in the area) and wanted to stay for the entire morning -- its so cozy, you can tell how much thought is put into the details. Add that to the exceptional customer service, coffee roasting and brewing craft, bookshelves, community vibe, and youve got a front runner for best all-around coffee shop in Denver.

If I could give Jubilee more than 5 stars, I would. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is incredible. The barista was so friendly, patient, and helpful; he even let me try some of the cold brew to help me make my decision on what to order. The coffee shop features an awesome book wall that is likely to become your most well-liked picture on Instagram!

Easily one of my all time favorite coffee shops, Peter does a great job roasting the coffee! *He roasts on the lighter side of the spectrum and sources from all over the globe. The baristas are warm and inviting and truly have a passion for delivering the perfect espresso each time! Thanks Mariah and Taylor-- you guys rock!

Delicious coffee, friendly people, and a great atmosphere. They also have a library available if you want to read something. You can see their roasting machine from the front which is also really cool. Bonus points for using an Airpress to make more varietals of coffee available in a drip brew (non espresso) form.

By far my favorite coffee shop in the Denver metro area. Staff is incredibly friendly and they can make a great cup of coffee. Atmosphere is great for conversation or posting up and getting work done. If you live in Denver its definitely worth the drive to Aurora to check it out - you wont be disappointed!

Wow! A hidden gem! This cozy shop is the stuff of dreams. Chill music, friendly people, excellent coffee, what else could one ask for? Theres a Creative Commons/Artist Space in the back that is inspiring, to say the least. The space is well designed and the coffee is fairly priced. Wish I lived closer!

Honey cinnamon latte... I generally hate milk in my coffee, but this drink has changed my life... (their black coffee is fantastic too, roasted in the cafe). It is not too sweet or syrup-y, and brings out some of the really tasty coffee notes. Oh Jubilee, you have changed me.

The best vanilla latte I have had is here. Jubilee Roasting is a warm, modern exposed venue with a very intimate feel. Their beans are well roasted, their lattes are well balanced and they offer unique homemade syrups. Fantastic venue.

Hidden gem. Had a very nice loose leaf Earl Grey tea with honey. Welcoming ambiance, good selection of seating including tall and low seats, smaller and larger tables. Recommended for studying, hanging out, and casual dates.

Great atmosphere & a banging cup of coffee. The neighborhood and colefax ave as a whole is kinda shady, so park on the side of the shop in the gravel. Try the peaberry!
