Went through the drive thru, the person talking to us didnt understand english well so it made ordering slightly more difficult then it needed to be, tried ordering 2 southwest salads for my mom and sis, they didnt have it, tried ordering grilled chicken, they didnt have it, we got the last two club salads, we gave the woman exact change as to simplify the process, she droped 20 cents inside (we all saw it) and told us we were short 20 cents, we didnt care enough to push the issuse so we gave her a quarter, took our food, told her to keep the change for the next person, and left. Hope this helps.

They all of sudden closed the restaurant without explanation while I have my daughter who I need to get food for and because of convenience we go here. I can no longer support this location as they dont explain their actions and I do not have my car tonight to go through the drive through as my daughter and I were spending quality time together. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent and deceptive check the price I ordered 6 monster tacos posted price $1.59ea. I said she charged me too much!, rudely she answered its the machine is told her she can only charge the posted price.she would not refund the difference and no working phone number for the manager.

I came here for a quick bite to eat and wanted to place 2 seperate orders because I was traveling with 2 seperate parties. They said ONLY ONE ORDER PER CUSTOMER! Whaaaaat!! Youre getting paid no matter how many orders I place! This location just lost customers!!!

Drive up the road to South City. I ordered 6 tacos and not a single one had cheese. The things have 3 ingredients, or probably come frozen pre packaged, I have no idea how someone could be dumb enough to mess that up. And yes, the cheese is a big deal.

Worst Jack In The Box ever. They messed up literally every burger in our order. The fries are what we asked. They also forget 2 of our 6 items. Floor was extremely sticky and the bathroom looked and smelled like someone urinated in every corner.

Asked them to give me a receipt and they give me the order receipt Im the bag under the fry container which made the receipt out and dirty. Then I found out my fries were stake and Luke warm. These sorry of places are hit and miss.
