Im pretty easy going so sadly here is my review: True- customer service was beyond terrible. Not true- food is good. Expensive for what I actually received. I ordered an avocado bacon cheeseburger. I received a very thin, bland patty, with 2 slices of bacon, cheese, not fresh tomato, and shredded lettuce. When I went to inform them that I did not receive the avocado, she took OFF her glove and opened my burger (bare hand) to point to the bottom bun with the shredded lettuce as apparently the avocado was mashed (?) and mixed in with the lettuce. They offered nothing in form of customer service and appeared unapproachable. First and only visit to this establishment.

Restaurant is very run down and the cleanliness of it is questionable . Ordered the "street tacos ", theyou were very disappointing. Asked for the meat to be well done, crispy . Ended up getting decent carnitas, terrible Carne asada. The Carne is literally roast beef , taste like it might have come from a can, no joke. They put sour cream on them without telling you thats what come with it , the tortillas tastes raw and could have been warned up more. The only good thing that happened is that we came expecting them to be 20 dollars and they came out to a dollar more than that and they let us slide on that . Staff was nice , food was terrible . I regret it .

Kind of upset because of the level of customer service of a certain employee there dont know her name because there is no name tag but Ive been there 4 times and been "accidentally " over charged 3 times and always eating and talking rather than completing the order then she gives me attitude because she over charged me. Foods great but customer service.

This place gets a bad rap because of customer service, and theyre right. The customer service here is lacking, but if you take into account theres only 3 employees (every instance Ive been here) consisting of 1 cook and 2 servers, running the interior as well as the drive-thru, you understand a little more. I love the food here.

Burgers are actually pretty good (par with all the other mom & pop burger joints in the area). Everything else Ive tried has been pretty awful. The service is always good, but i cant help but question the cleanliness of the building.

Place is nice and clean. Menu is quite varied with breakfast, burgers, sandwiches and Mexican food. I ordered the pastrami and was disappointed as it was dry. Service is good and they even bring your food out to your table.

This place is awesome! The food is great and the staff are very polite and helpful. I ordered their "cowboy" hamburger and a quesadilla. Their horchata is good too.
