I wanted to leave a comment in regards to my recent visit. We have frequented this location since its opening, however this recent visit we were met with a very rude remark during our transaction. We had entered the drive through and ordered a simple combo, upon arriving at the window we had informed the employee that we would like to add to our order at which point she looks away and says "oh my god" loud enough for us to hear. As I looked at her with a puzzled look another woman approached and I asked her if that was appropriate And such a big deal she replied "kind of". At this point I told her thank you and left this location. I will not be coming back to this location again.

This franchisee has really got to go. Ordered 5 chili dogs, very little chili on any of them, buns were semi hard, NASTY, just plain NASTY. Here is another company that has been around a long time, that used to be good. Prices are very high for both quantity and quality. Straight up rip off. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here.

For the first time I didnt order from this location. Customer service was horrible. Drive tru service especially. The gentleman at the window couldnt even take my order because him and another associate was telling each other jokes so I had to pull up and even then they were still playing around.

I really like this place its close by, different from other fast food places around this area, but when I order an all beef dog thats what I expect not a regular chili dog especially when my order cost 6.99 plus tax. Ledra G was the cashier during my visit.

Clean and staff was nice but the product now and days tasted horrible. I got hot dogs and chili dogs...the weinies tasted like 79 cent dogs from the grocery store...sad because i loved there food back in the days!!! Bring back the better tasting dogs!!!

God bless those folks working at the dw in Mira Loma!! Parking lot overflowing, drive thru line all the way out of the parking lot & up the street....but they got my order exactly right & never lost their smiles! WTG all, GREAT JOB!!!!

The food is good but its pretty expensive, the customer service is great. The parking lot and store are always clean, wish they play something other than the news on tv in lobby. Too depressing.

Small Wienerschnitzel with a speedy drive thru. Service is usually good in the place is kept fairly clean. Love the pastrami dogs here
