if there were no start option i will use. Si podría no poner estrellas lo aria! People!! Please if You are going to open an Restaurant be sure you have a quality costumer service. I spent 1 hr of my life in this restaurant feeling ignorant by the waitress. I saw 3 people complete order came out and my order never came. I decided to leave the place and post a review which could warm people to stop going to restaurant that Ashamed our culture. My Mothers Day was ruined by a restaurant who was not busy at all. We totally deserve our money back for two cafes and and hour of my life sitting there and feeling stupid. if you can avoid this place or chalet order because it looks like they were just cooking over the phone calls instead of table costumer. Por Favor! Mi gente! Si van a poner un restaurante en honor a su país. Deben de contratar y tener personas de alta calidad en sus lugares! Llegamos y nos ignoraron. Atendieron primero a otras personas que llegaron después que nosotros y de remate lo que pedimos de beber salieron después de que ya habían servido a todos. Esperamos una hora y algo y nos fuimos solo con una orden de todo lo que pedimos. Fui a festejar mi día de las mamás y se me aruino acá. Deberían de habernos honorados lo poco que nos sirvieron. Esto es una vergüenza y sin vergüenza con los mismo latinos y las misma raza. Me dan mejor servicio en otros lugares!!

Hoy a sido lo peor...la comida esta buena pero el dueno tiene muy poco personal...tardaron mas de una hora para prepararme...9 pupusas habia mas mesas ocupadas preguntando por su comida..una pobre mesera trabajando sola unos clientes quejandose de que su orden estaba mal...y al final cuando recibi mi comida...estaban quemadas....no creo volver a este lugar y no lo recomiendo trabajo en restaurant y entiendo pero....si se pasan el servicio es tardado y pesimo

Aparte que duró la mesera de la tarde hoy viernes mas de media hora en desirnos "Ahorita los atiendo" le dio la preferencia a personas que eran para llevar , cuando le pregunto porque atendio al señor si yo ya tenía 20 minutos esperando me contesta que porque el señor es para llevar y que Ami aún ni siquiera me avía limpiado la mesa como para tomarme la orden con un mal jenio, muy mal servicio con jente así no dan ganas de volver .

I like the pupusas from this place, but if youre eating here you have to wait a really long time (more than 45m, but if is busy more than 1:30m). Ordering by phone my order was wrong, when I called to let them know, the answer was "if you dont like it, dont come back anymore " I tried to talk to the owner but he/she is never here. Today is probably the last time I eat here my soup wasnt fresh, it was from the day before. You can tell because is was really, REALLY thick $12.99 for a soup?!

Last time I was here a while back they were really rude, overly obnoxious. Why you ask....lets start with I cant fully speak Spanish but I look Latin so they changed there attitudes towards me. All I wanted to order was some thing small to go.i wasnt in a rush but dam 45 mins in a non busy restaurant to even get back to me or even offer me a table? They are ass holes here & i hope since then they have put class in there asses.

Muy mal servicio. Larga espera para la comida, sin mencionar que los frijoles los dan soyamados, el arroz crudo, y una agua malisima . Lo unico bueno son las pupusas . | Very bad service. Long wait for the food, not to mention that their beans and rice and water taste really bad . The only thing that they serve thats actually good is their pupusas. Not a very recommended restaurant to go to.

WAITED AN HOUR FOR OUR ORDER AND THEY STILL GOT MY ODER WRONG. MIND YOU BOTH MEALS WERE THE SAME HOW DO YOU GET IT WRONG WHEN WE SAID TWO ORDERS THE SAME! Im very disappointed right now. We were the only people waiting for our food to get to our table so I dont understand why we had to wait one whole hour. We didnt evem get an Im sorry for the wait. Nothing.

Service was terrible! The lady taking our order forgot to input half of our order until some of our meals came out and then we asked where the reat of them were! Thye never answer the phone but claim you can order ahead.This place is also commonly known to take forever so if you can, try to call ahead and you MIGHT not have to wait an hour for your food.
