People say its terrible, theyre wrong, this is my childhood here. Since I was 4 ,they serve more than satisfactory ice cream, cake, specialties, and toppings. You usually spend less than 10 minutes here, the lines are a 1 to 2 person wait and the service speed is exceptional. They have around 2 to 4 odd flavours like bubble gum, cotton candy, birthday cake, unlimited samples I think...

Friendly staff but they never offer very fast service. If there are more than two people ahead of you in line, bust out the lawn chair and reading material... youre in it for the long haul. Smoothies were also very lackluster and seemed to be more creamy(?) than icy. Weird... Not worth the Cold Stone prices for those.

We drove all the way from Berkeley to find out Google does not have the correct hours posted :(! It is unlikely that my children will ever want to go back to any Cold Stone. I know I wont. Way too many places to get late night ice cream in Berkeley.

I love coldstone. Alot of people say it is not that great but it is. It is the only place that i know of that can mix ice cream and have combinations of ice cream! 4 stars!!
