Trying to decide where to go and what to eat is always a challenge or a topic. When looking around the Pasadena area and meeting another friend, this was the selection suggested. Well, more of a choice since this is where we ended up. It was one of those evenings that it was still light out and nice enough to be seated in the patio. What really happened was the hostess telling us it is still another 20 minutes wait for a table inside or at the bar but we have a table outside if you dont mind. The server came by with a menu and drink orders. Its been a long day so water for me is always a good choice. Not knowing how long we will stay here or else I would have ordered a beer. Now, what to order, just because its called a Pizzeria you know you have to try the pizza. Places like this would always do something different with the selections of ingredients so I had imagined the sausage would have been homemade or selected for the way it was made. The name of the pizza I got is always great with the names too. The Fallen Angel, thats really creative. My friend is always talking about avocados so its natural to see Avocado Festival on the list. When the pizzas arrive on wooden boards like you would pull right out of the pizza oven without the handle, we would share a few pieces so we could try. Never fails that any place that you have to ask another server if you can get some more water is one that I would rather tip the busboys who did come by and refill my cup. Our server did come back around to check on us probably to see if we were ready for the check before she leaves for the evening. When I asked where the restrooms are located, my friend directed me inside and follow the corridor down the hall to the other side of the building. It was like a time warp going back in history as you pass through each room as the décor changes slightly but as if it was the same theme throughout the building. It was really like another restaurant by the time you got to the other end. Coming back, up at the bar they offer cookies that you can have sort of like a piece of dessert if you didnt order any dessert. I wouldnt mind coming back to try another pizza or even the pasta dishes but still havent had a chance to come back by. I do hear good things about this place so maybe soon.

This is definitely a great spot in Pasadena. Its a little hidden- I like their bar- thats usually where I sit as its a nice spot when you are riding solo. The bartenders are cool- and I am a regular and its nice that the bartenders remember me- makes me want to come back. The salads are excellent - I favor the chopped salad which can be served as a half or full. A full is a good amount if thats all you are going to eat. But if you want some Pizza- I would go for the half chopped salad- i prefer it with just vegetables. Gladiator pizza is my top pick along with the avocado pizza if you are not up to eating meat. The food comes out pretty fast which I like. The food is reasonably priced and make sure to grab a salted cookie by the door on your way out-- they are complimentary. Delish and a nice treat on your way out. If it gets really packed order some food and have it delivered across the way at the stone brewery- you can sample some IPAs and have your food there- which is also really cool. That little area is pretty cool- next to the metro so after eating at Luggage Room - jump on the metro and explore more of what pasadena has to offer-- i would take it up to mission stop and grab some dessert :)

The best part about this place is that we were being served even as we waited for a table to open up. They will bring you a drink outside to enjoy and make the wait more bearable. Which, by the way was a short one. We hadnt even finished our first drink by the time we were sat down. And this place had only veggie pizza I had ever enjoyed. It was a thin crust with avocado and dried tomatoes, fresh grated parmesan, and the bombest tomato sauce. The waiter took her time with us to explain the menu and give her recommendations. We took her up on the red velvet cake for dessert and are very happy to have done so. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting good pizza.

A great place to grab a meal if youre in to classy pizza in a somewhat elevated enviroment. They offer an assortment of pizzas and salads as well a daily specials. If the ever have the pizza with nettles and corn as toppings, do yourself a favor and try that one. They were also super accommodating to our party which celebrated birthdays and brought in our own cake. Decent beer and wine selection as well. Park at the Del Mar Station and get your parking validated at the store. Nothing overwhelmingly amazing, just a solid spot to grab a bite with both large or small groups.

The staff at the Luggage Room was amazing - I came in on a weekend lunch hour with a friend with a stroller and they were more than accommodating. It was really great to not have to worry, and the servers recommendations were on point. We kept it simple with drinks, margarita pizza and the salami chopped salad which were all delicious. We also asked if they could do a side of french fries - an off menu item - and they delivered! The free cookies on the way out are a must, and a really nice touch to end your whole experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I like it all - from the sangrias to the mushroom pizza or the avocado pizza. Theyre crust is on the thinner side, which is what I usually like. Theyre also pretty accommodating if you want to try to make your own. The freshly baked salted chocolate chip cookies is really what I come back for. Instead of a toothpick or a hard candy at the end, you get to walk away with cookies...and best thing is no ones counting so they just give you a bag to take em away. The place is set up to look like the inside of a train (hence the name Luggage Room).

Went to "The Luggage Room" for the first time the other night, and oh my goodness was this place great. I went ahead and got the "Farm Fresh" Pizza, which, as you can guess was topped with tasty farm fresh vegetables (onions, corn etc.) as well as goat cheese and a little bit of pepperoni (special ordered). Simply put, it was one of the best pizzas Ive had not only around Pasadena, but since Ive moved to California months ago. Add in nice service from my bartender, and a killer margarita, and this place comes highly recommended on my end!

Go for the pizza, stay for the cookies. I always order the farmers market pizza. It offers fresh + inventive flavors. The salumi salad is a great place to start and pairs well with any tomato based pizza. Top it off with a cookie (or four) and you have yourself a dinner of dreams! Also great deals on wine + drinks depending on the. Night of the week. Typically a long wait, but lovely area to walk around while you wait. Or better yet, walk to stone brewery across the way and grab a beer while you wait.
