Been here a few times and never had a bad experience. However, just came this past Friday and was told it would be a 25 min wait. No problem. Waited 20 mins and saw 4 outside tables open the entire time so I go in to inquire if we would get seated faster if we sat outside since we didnt specify. The little boy you have playing hostess is the worst, and acts like a diva. He was dismissive and has a major attitude problem. My wife said the hostess originally told her how long the wait was as if to sway us to not bother. I decided to take my money to the Orange Circle instead. Theres too many restaurant options in this area Lazy Dog! Bet your hostess doesnt care you lost out on business. I would suggest being more selective with people who represent you at the front or more people may do what I did. To anyone reading this, Rock and Brews in Buena Park is a good alternative to Lazy Dog. They have really good food and no divas.

One of the nicest managers Ive ever met, be sure to let them know if its your first time visiting! Kristen was our waitress and she was so full of energy with a great attitude. As for food? Wonderful. The loaded hush puppies are a must if you like green and red onion. Very comforting and crispy. The Black and Blue pizza was gooey and the crust was crunchy, it was delicious. Their chicken Tortilla soup is light enough to not fill you up past your limit, because you WILL want to eat more at this restaurant. Lastly, I recommend the butter cake for dessert and DEFINITELY ask for a chocolate drizzle instead of the original balsamic. Atmosphere was fun and chill at the same time, I would love to bring a group of friends here. Also theyve got a HUGE brew selection so take your pick! 10/10, would visit again. Without a doubt.

Came here with the boy on Friday night because we both had a tough work week and needed some drinks plus I wanted to prove I could out drink him, lol. He picked me up so I could drink my share and we sat in the bar area until they closed because this place closes a bit later than most places in the OC. Waitress was very attentive and we ordered up a round of margaritas and told her to kept going. I love that they pour them strong here. The bar menu is good. Lots of great drinks and things to eat plus its not busy here. Its easy to quickly get a seat and get down to business. We got a booth and went at it. Bartender did a great job of pouring them strong and we eventually moved that way to try other drink concoctions. All in all, a successful Friday night of drinking and grubbing. Well be back.

I came once with a large group that seemed to overwhelm the poor waiter. But to his credit he did a great job keeping our orders separate and dealing with us. We sat outside on the patio around the large planter (the firepit was already taken grrr). My wife and I ordered ahi tuna tacos to share. The tuna was WAY overcooked. We asked for it to be medium rare, it was well done. Oh well. Flavor was still good, just not the right texture. Nobody in our party seemed rushed or unwelcome by the staff or anybody. It was a great experience. Only downside (and not Lazy Dogs fault) is that people were using the parking lot for an event at Honda Center (even though theres a sign that says not to do that [people are rude]) so we had to park kind of far.

My wife and I really love lazy dog cafe in orange. It is a really relaxing place and comfortable. We recently went for my wifes birthday and it was a great night out to eat. I usually get the " Its not your mommas meatloaf" it is really good. The drinks are well made but I wouldnt plan on getting your drink on here if you are on a budget. The drinks are deciently priced but no where near dive bar levels. But Lazy Dog is a great night out especially because the theatre is right in the same center!

My new favorite restaurant!!!!! Everything from the drinks, the service, the menu, the food, the atmosphere --- is on pointe at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar! I loved the spaghetti pomodoro and the chicken liver pate - and the panna cotta is a must try! I also LOVE the beautiful tree in the middle of the outdoor seating, lit up with pretty lights. Definitely the right ambiance for a romantic dinner but also with a chic and contemporary feel for a girls night out! Highly recommend!

Well for me service wasnt bad and the food wasnt great! Or good for that matter. The menus were dirty. I ordered an all American burger. I could name 100 places that have better burgers & fries. Like in & out, the habit, even jack in the box and Mac Donalds is better & cheaper. My wife ordered the butter steak, the mash potatoes were plain like the ones u make out of the box and ive cooked better stake from Ralphs on my grill. A waste of $70 and a wasted mothers day dinner.

Just had a birthday dinner for my husband here and am very pleased with the overall event. The staff did a very good job of taking care of our large group of 18 and a lot of my special requests. They were friendly, flexible and courteous and of course the food was excellent with a myriad selection to please a lot of people. It was a very good restaurant for our celebration. A special shout out to Ryan who took such great care of our group!

Its not my favorite place to eat, but whenever our family goes for birthdays or celebrations I enjoy the service and atmosphere. This visit was the first time I had their fettuccini Alfredo and it was absolutely amazing. Without doubt, made from scratch. The only thing that I was really into was the cracker-like breadstick. The seasoning was great but would have been better on toast or actual breadstick of some sort.

If you come during happy hour, I definitely recommend the following apetizers. Togarashi Edamame Beans, Wok-Fired Calamari, Garlic Flatbread & Marinara, and the Chicken Tenders are about what youd expect. Their beer selection is pretty good and they make some good cocktails. Service has never been lacking, and the servers are always prompt and friendly. Check it out!

“If you order well, its outstanding - and great service” We had a very memorable meal at Napa Rose. That was in part due to the truly sublime wine we ordered - a 1996 Abreu Cabernet, gotta love a place with a wine list like that! - but the food was up to the task which was no small feat. To start, my diver scallop and beef cheek were good,...

Recently I went here for my wifes birthday and the waitress was incredibly helpful. My wife and I rarely go out to eat because of our 3 year old, but when we were waiting for our dinner the waitress was going out of her way to help keep our grumpy very hungry toddler. Plus my wife loved the calamari and once again the meatloaf was amazing!

“Amazing view - better service” Went to dinner with my daughter. Ate outside on the patio and looked out over the city. The food was good, the view amazing and the servers as attentive as anyone could hope for. Do make a note that valet parking is mandatory and bring an extra bit of cash to tip them. Loved the steak and dessert was over..
