Terrible service & improper handling of food ! Cook came from the kitchen with a pan of raw chicken with no gloves on and proceeded to prepare my food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. When I ask the cashier could she remake my food she gave me back talk and became disgruntled & mind you the cashier had on a pair of gloves and she was only frying chips. I explained to them that they could possibly be getting people sick and I was going to contact corporate about the improper handling of the food & service. Eat at this restaurant with caution!!!

Each order in this place bringing something especially! You make order and then go to sous spot and there continues your lovely part...mhggg...I love doing it...lot of souses and you take a cap and put inside Avocado, Mexicana, Mango... Let see photos and hurry go to cafe that make your next yammy order. P.S. I am not agent but just fanatic for Mexican food

Very careless service. I ordered veggie fire roasted bowl to takeout and found chicken in it twice. Second time I saw him putting veggies for roasting over the left over pieces of chicken over the hot plate. So irresponsible. They need to understand the dietary restriction of the customers and apply necessary measures in the preparation.

They asked which meat I wanted in my quesadilla in the taquito quesadilla platter, without warning me that it would cost $2 extra, which caught me off guard after getting used to the Chipotle guacamole warning. The food is OK, but its priced like a sit-down Mexican restaurant with better food, and the place could use a remodeling.

Ignore its scruffy exterior and terrible, too loud pop soundtrack because the food was really fresh and absolutely delicious. My shrimp taco was amazing (especially for $6) -a big portion of marinaded grilled shrimp, queso, and tons of veg, alongside crisp fresh-made nachos and a whole bar of tasty salsas/guacamoles.

One of my favorite burrito places. La Salsa and Baja Fresh are a lot a like since they are owned by the same company. Salsas are delicious and I love how my food is always made fresh right in front of me. Customer service is strong at this store.

Just moved from SD and being spoild by great mexian food overthere, I taught I wont find a good mexian food in San Jose. In my surprise, the fast food had a great food with decent price. Great sauce and salsas with fresh chips.

This is one of our go to restaurants when we are too lazy to cook. The variety of salsas is great and they usually have something new to try each visit. Today, the special was cranberry salsa for the holiday. Very tasty!
