Great sandwiches. By filling out your order on the bag, you cut out the potential for miscommunication while ordering, and it speeds up the whole process. This place seems like it may be a bit unorganized though, once my group all ordered sandwiches and shakes, and the shakes didnt come out until we were all done with our food and asked the staff where the shakes were; the restaurant was empty besides us. But all other visits here have gone off without a hitch.

Very good crunchy bread, if you are looking for a one up to subway this is it:) the ordering process is a little difficult at first but as with all new things you will become an expert once you get practice. Its can get a bit pricey too especially if you mark everything, and dont worry the register peeps will help you with your order as soon as you give it to them. The bild was quit long but you can order it with your smart phone ahead of time:)

Food is great, lots of different Sammie options. I have been ordering from here for a while and have ordered with my coworkers before. I usually dont write reviews but I think this place deserves it. The restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been very friendly to me when I come in. I would definitely recommend the authentic Philly cheese steak. I also really like their Italian sandwiches.

Interesting take on the Subway style of ordering sandwiches. You take a bag based on the category of ingredients that you want on your sandwich. On that bag, there are a bunch of ingredient stuff that you can bubble in. When youre done, you take that to the cashier, and for a reasonable price on the bag, the people make it for you. Its very ingenious.

Great sandwiches (for a chain), but the had chairs stacked and were cleaning 30 min before closing. 15 minutes before closing, they turned off the TV (while we were still eating and watching). Closing early and rushing customers out the door is incredibly unprofessional.

Love their skinny bread option. Love that I can customize sandwiches to have all my favorite fillings. Love the countless filling options and various spreads. Perfect sandwich joint for people like me - that want to have my cake and eat it too. Or in this case, sandwich.

Easy and fun to order exactly what you want in your sandwich. Theres a lot of variety and the price is good for a good quality, great tasting sandwich. I really like the wheat bread too-it wasnt too big or too small. The service was fast and friendly.

The food is great! The service SUCKS! ! I ordered my food online and had a set time to puck it up BUT I still had to wait 10mins for them to make it my sandwich. Whats the point of choosing the time if its not going to made by the time you come in.

Very good custom sandwiches made to order. They are quality not like other fast food chains. They put lots of meat, vegetables or which ever toppings you ordered. The service is awesome, down to earth stuff and laid back eating atmosphere.

One of my fav sandwich joints, and the fresh cookies are to die for. This seems to be a newer chain and even newer to California, I have been enjoying the Colorado locations for quite sometime.

Awesome place!! I would ignore the negative reviews and try it yourself!! We only waited 15 min and the sandwiches were amazing. The menu is huge so you need 10 min to figure out what you want.

Ya...having to take your own order is kinda lame. Having said that, once I chose the Italian Grinder and loaded it up with all the obvious, I have to say that it was pretty damn good!
