Not one, but both my breakfast sandwiches had soggy buns halveway torn and a large hole in the center of the buns. The cheese was placed on the side w the torn bun and insted of remaining inside the sandwich it was smeared on the wrapper. It took 5 min wait time at the window. The inside looked empty and there was only one car in front of me at the drive through and still it took a while to get my order ready. It was my first and last time at this Jack in the Box. I can see why it was empty during my visit.

Hello, I was a co-workers for this Jack In The Box for 6 years! when I was there we had the best customers service and pass the Mystery Shoppers. I will never forget my co-workers and the best experience I had for a fast food. They have the friendly and sweet people working their. The busy time was breakfast & lunch. Rude staff that dont uphold company standards. The manager informed me that the only condiments they carry are ketchup and ranch, which I know is not true. Had to wait to have my order taken for several minutes despite there being 3 employees in sight doing nothing but chatting. Also no wifi

They never get my order right. The order was correct on the screen but given something completely different when I got home. I asked for tacos and instead they gave me a chicken sandwhich? Also have had stuff missing all together. Dont go to this one
