Went last night around 8 oclock and it was so nasty there. The seats smelled like pee and where broken down. The food was dry from the heat lamps. I only come to this place for the crab legs and those werent even good all cold and salty. Dont even think about getting ice cream you will be getting it by hand and the ice cream scooper is left in water thats has every flavor of ice cream in it and plus a dead fly. After it took 3 people to get us are change, we didnt get a fortune cookie. When i asked for the cookie the man slammed it on the counter they broke, i looked at him and laughed it off. He will never get my service again. They shouldnt get yours either plenty of better places in L.A.

I spent $120.00 here and their service was horrible. I had to make sure everyone in my family/table had what they needed. After I payed I gave them a lousy 3 dollar tip. They come up to me and have the nerve to ask me why I tipped so low. That I should tip the percentage on the receipt. I told them that I already spent a great amount here for such bad service and they insisted they had bills to pay, like TV. I told them that wasnt my fault and I wouldnt tip them more. They just stood there and my sister gave them 5 bucks I believe, and then they left. The nerve of these people.

I came to the restaurant anf asked the lady if we could still make the lunch price and she said yes. After were done they have charged us dinner. I told the lady that she said the she would charge us lunch and she said no, and she argued and keep saying no. The problem is that she lied to us and we didnt get to eat anything thats was for dinner, and once we paid they were laughing at us and taking bad about us in their language. I have been coming here for about 6 years and tell now i am not coming. Please dont waste your time coming here

Buffet style Cantonese/Chinese, never really lets you down- but never really impresses you either. Highlights are they have a Mongolian frytop station, then the standard Chinese takeout style stuff, a salad and dessert bar and sushi. The seafood is usually well stocked, they do have crab legs and a variety of fried things. Picky kids can enjoy pizza and french fries. They have fresh fruit on the dessert bar, jello, pudding, cookies and ice cream also. Its a huge place and they have a dedicated event room as well.

I consider myself a All-you-can-eat Asian Buffet connoisseur and this place is one of my favorites. Both the lunch and dinner offerings are reasonably priced. The Sushi section is not as extensive as I would like it to be, but it makes up for it in the Mongolian food section. The staff is friendly, but the bathrooms could use a nice cleaning. The food is always delicious and I have to roll my gut in a wheelbarrow to the car. Great for families. Diverse demographic of people from the neighborhood.

I just went there and that place is exactly how some people describe it. The food was bad. The service was awful!!!!!!!!!! They took my recipe without me asking for it. They are really pushy people. I told the girl in front about it and all she said was that shell tell the manager. I bet the manager is just like the people there. I was told stories about how awful it was in there. But wow I did not expect it to be sooo bad!!!!! I gave it a star because I had to. I wanted them to have no stars!!!!!

The food was pretty good when I went but theyre really pushy people and they kind of try to rush u out. Me and my friend had 2 plates of food and they brought us our check. We felt so offended we decided to leave. There crab legs are very small and have very little meat inside. Also they had a lady standing by the seating area closely watching people and making sure no one wasted food. I wont go here anymore. Grand China Buffet is way better and they have everything Royal Buffet has.

La comida muy rica, pero los baños son un asco total, si van a comer ahi procuren no ir al baño, por que se les quitara el hambre.!! Nasty bathrooms plase repair it, and pay some body there for clean it up all the times.!!

I happen to land at this buffet restaurant by accident, and boy do I like it, I do not live in the area but Ill drive to go eat there anytime. The food is sooo fresh and there is an area where you can select your choice of meat including shrimp and your choice of vegetables and noodles if you prefer and the cook prepares it right in front of your eyes just like Benihana without the steep price. My family and I love this place and the price and ambiance is great.

I would give it a 0 if i could. I been coming here for 9 years but after today never coming back again. My husband went to the restroom anf said it was so dirty he coulnt eat afer that The kids and i aet cuz they were still going to charge us but he told the manager he was not going to eat because what he saw in the restroom. She didnt even say sorry or anything all she said was dont eat and walk away. Wtf kind of Customer service is that.

Never going back there ever again. I went there one time and it was just ok. So I decided to go back a couple months later and noticed they had raised the price and drinks were excluded . They over charge for children. They bring the check before you are done eating and follow you too the register to make sure you pay and to top it off they have the nerve to ask for a tip. It seems like all the care about is the money.

Good food. Decided to eat here based on previous reviews and it was closer to our hotel. Sad they didnt have Egg Drop Soup. Shrimp was on point. Crab legs were delicious. Good noodles ...rice was just okay. Excellent sushi bar. Didnt like that the ice cream was self serve from freezer bins. Unsanitary especially if children are digging there hands in there. Overall good. Had to wait a few minutes to get drink refills.

terrible went today read bad reviews but ignored them now I regret going its 11 to enter then they charge seperate for drinks got charged $18 with tax the food was terrible cold meat stiff shrimp dirty bathrooms the waiters just stare while you eat and how many times you get up. they brought the bill it was over priced then the waiter was like oh no tip? never going back.

This place is dirty, torn seats , bathroom stunk ,toilet paper everywhere ,plates are dirty ,flies everywhere ,when you go they stare at you, when you eat and everytime you get up ,they are rude you Ask for something and they get a attitude, role they eyes, some food taste weird I only ate certain this beside that its cool i guess Never going again though worse service

Food is ok. Great place to gather with friends and family. They have a sushi bar, have a salad bar, a dessert bar, and they have the typical Chinese food like beef broccoli orange chicken fried rice. You can also custom make your plate of Chinese food. They have a variety of meats and veggies that you can add to your chow mein to make it as you desire.
