This place is the worst! Clearly the business hours say its open until 10pm!!! We arrived at their drive thru at 8:45 and no one helped us at all until 9pm when a cook came out to our car to tell us sorry man were closed! we told him the open sign was on and we have been waiting for 15 minutes and all he said its were closed that sign its always on. Called this morning to speak to a manager and some lady rudely said sorry we dont have managers. Well what a way to treat your customers.

Their meat was disgusting tonight. It was full of pepper and looked more like shredded beef out of a can. It wasnt the same carne asada that usually comes on the nachos. And seems the have all new employees every time. Tonight my debit card was charged twice. Thankfully I checked right there and then since he had me put in my pin twice so I got my money back. Will not be coming back to this albertos.

I just bought some asada fries... what a huge disappointment never in the years of going have I ever been so disappointed by one of these restaurants ..... i cant believe this plate right now wish i would have opened it then n there. literally looks like a teaspoon of sour cream ,very little meat, & cheese 4/5 just fries what an embarrassment

Trucker passing thru because its close to drop off... Spent 18.00 for some nasty tacos and for the young girl that work at the counter to call me a B in Spanish... She thought I didnt know...when I confronted her she laughed... She just dont know it kept everything in me from going over that counter... Never will come here again..

Jan 9th 2016 Went through the drive, ordered carne asada nachos and they freakem forgot to add carne asada, the worst... Got home called them and they have me a hard time said I needed to talk to the manager. All this bullshit NEVER GO THERE! Beware!
