I am not completely clear as to why Honeybaked will not answer their phones. It is very poor customer service. For that matter, it makes me not want to shop there and compels me to write poor reviews such as this. Too bad, because the hams are great. Probably because the staff at this store is not trained to use a phone let alone answer a question. Huge miss by management. Huge!!! Guess I will take my very large order -dinner for 270 -to another company. . . . . .Ouch!!!

Even though the queue was quite long when I was there, it moved briskly and someone was able to attend to me within a few minutes. The quality of the baked ham was as expected. Paid a little bit more than what I thought it would cost ($41.26 for 5 lbs.) but it was worth it.

we have been getting Honey Baked Hams for years and have never had a problem with them. I just called them yesterday to order a Ham and they answered the phone.... I give them 2 Thumbs Up :0)
