Will be reporting to corporate for FRAUD !!! I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE AND PAID WITH MY CARD ,THEN GOT A CALL FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER TOMMY THAT HE WAS OUTSIDE MY ROOM WHERE I WAS STANDING SO I SAID "ARE YOU SURE YOUR IN THE RIGHT ROOM ? Im. Standin OUTSIDE " so he hung up fyi he CALLED ME FROM THE STORE FOR NUMBER , THEN HE CALLED BACK IN PRIVATE NUMBER TELLING ME TO "HURRY UP AND COME OUT"!!!<<~~~ SO I SAID TO HIM I AM OUTSIDE AND HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING FOR FIVE MINUTES JUST LEFT ME ON THE LINE AND HUNG UP !!! So I DROVE TO THE STORE LOCATION WHERE THE MANAGER IN CHARGE VERONICA STARTS TELLING ME "WE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER YOU WOULDNT HURRY SO MY DRIVER LEFT " at this moment i clearly see my box sitting in the table not even in a carry out might box ...then she tells me she cant give me the money because there is no MANAGER IT CLEARLY SAID ON HER NAME TAG MANAGER ...AND GIVES ME A NUMBER TO TAKE IT UP WITH CORPORATE...SO CORPORATE IF YOUR READING KNOW I HAVE ALL THIS ON FILM!!!##### FRAUD BUSINESS IF A BUSINESS AT ALL

The negative 3 stars is for the management of this particular franchise who jacked up the prices here so much its laughable compared to other Pizza Huts in the region. Any coupon you apply here is almost rejected online and in person; youre faced to pay full menu price practically all the time. Most of the nationwide deals you see advertised about Pizza Hut dont apply here either; as if this particular location went rogue or something. As of April 2016 they started taking *some* codes again which is nice, but still a lot dont work. I would advise looking for Pizza somewhere else or go to another Pizza Hut if you dont mind the drive and must have them. Drivers and cashiers were always nice here though; shame Ill never interact with them again.

Piss poor service!! $29.00 (no tax?) For two large 1 topping pizzas. Barely spoke on the phone had to go back home for more money. This place is awful. No wonder why theres a Hiring sign in the window. Extra star because it was hot. Im very fair on this.

I called today to received information if they delivered around in my area El Monte and the representative gave me good information better than La Pizza Loca place. So I gave them (pizza hut) an Excellent choice!!!
