We went to see el clasico ordered when the game was at 30 mins it took them 45mins to tell us they werent serving lunch when it was already noon so then we ordered breakfast two of them came out the third order took them an hour and a half the game ended and my friend still didnt have his food he tipped but i quote "worst customer service" very disorganized, the cook should have prioritized his food for their incompetence. Also if you have to wait two hours for food it shouldnt have been charged! Especially when its eggs and chorizo that doesnt take long to make

First of all I ordered a cheeseburger it had a hair in it .. I was with a couple of other people which killed there appetite... We spoke to a manager his name was Fernando he didnt want to refund us our money... Then he claimed he didnt speak any English.. Was very frustrating... If I could mark a zero I would.. Very bad customer service & Shame on the manager / owner for not being professional and take care of his customer.. So we lost our money & didnt even eat...BTW I believe any good reviews on this place has to b friends or family!!!!!!

Mambo is a warm friendly spot to have a nice meal, cold beer or both...best soups I have ever had ANYWHERE, and enchiladas also...the owner always treats you like a welcomed friend. I moved to Downey 7 years ago...Mambo was recommended to me on our first day...and I have been a repeat customer from that point on...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used to be a regular of Mambo Grill, but then they decided to stop delivering to me because their delivery man couldnt find my house one day. I dont believe in supporting a restaurant that blames their incompetence onto the customer. Its 2015, get a GPS.

Cool spot with fantastic drinks and even better bartenders met the owner too who was very nice. The ambiance is cool, and shockingly given the trouble with other cocktail bars, this one had virtually no wait for drinks. Will definitely come back next time Im in CA.
