First of all the lady that helped me looked like she hadnt showed in weeks. I believe her name was gracie. She had taken my order and I waited for my order near the register and she had gone to the back to scratch her butt and when she was done she had smelled her hand and had a disgusted look on her face. She came back and grabbed my order and placed it in the bag... which would of not of been so bad if she had washed her hands.

Every single day around 4 a.m they are closed. They say there system is down and it is rebooting. Why is it always down? I go every single day on my break and they tell me the same thing. Now i have take my lunch sooner or later for the same reason. Thats bull****. Jack in the box needs to buy a new system or updated. If you need a donation to help pay for your system let me know. Cause seems you do

I really loved coming here with my sisters... last time we came we were attended very well, but our order was missing a few items. Might have been because it was late after we got off work and the people they were attending at the drive through... will give them another chance and then report back to you... in the mean time its at 4. Great customer service but incomplete order/ food...

Watch your screen there not the price as advertised I bought a number 26 and the other time got the ultimate cheese burger not the same price they tried telling me the price for the combo didnt include the drink Im like when did a combo not come with its coffee and its soda youll get charged extra plus they charge u extra tax totally illigal

Just left this place. Order the cranberry orange muffins. Got home and two of my muffins have been unwrapped and placed back in the wrapper and one looks like someone took a bite/piece out of it. Even if they had been smashed they shouldnt be completely out of the wrapper that would require someone to peel it off

Its the dirtiest place .I asked to talk to the manager and she said that they need to keep working on the orders .I said but the lobby is all dirty the the restroom are nasty.she said Im sorry but we need to do aware orders .really .okay never again

One of our favorite spot, the food had changed a lot to diner style eating. Service is well and prompt. They do get busy at times, so expect the wait. Enjoyable meal, decent pricing.
