I ordered a plate with walnut shrimp (for which I had to pay extra). Got served a ridiculously small portion, very stingy, not enough to feed a kid. Tried reasoning with staff, only to realize I was just wasting my time and getting my food cold as they are pretty used to complains about rationing food and very well trained to contradict customers with automatic responses. Panda Express: dont be disrespectful to customers by being stingy. Soon enough people will realize and just go somewhere else. Chinese eateries are known to be generous and offer plenty, so youre pretty much against the whole idea behind it, and I can guarantee you that your corporate advertising enhancing "premium ingredients" , "freshly woked", "tso good", etc., wont be enough to disguise the unacceptable and disrespectful rationing. Be indulgent to your customers (within reason, of course), and I guarantee you will win always, no matter the outcome. Just my 2 cents.

Not as good as other locations Ive tried. Heres how they should step it up: * Guests shouldnt have to ask for soy sauce. * Popular items should be made before. * One fortune cookie with each meal isnt a bad idea either. Other than that it was pretty clean. Also staff should ask when guests walk up to the counter if they would like to try their new entree. Encouraging guests to try something new would increase sales and customer retention. Also a "have a nice day" when a guest leaves is a great way to retain customers.

As others may have mentioned, the service here gets beleaguered due to Panda Expresss popularity in the area. However, the people working there are usually pretty cool and will try to make up for wait times due to either high customer traffic or back order on food. Sometimes you have to wait, but its nice to have it fresh anyway.

Messed up my wifes order. Forgot the orange chicken. Had to drive back in traffic and the Dr Pepper they gave me was completely watered down and they should have re did the whole order instead of giving me just orange chicken to go with her cold rice..smh.

The worst customer service ever. Cashier has a bad attitute and never smile. The fat lady I didnt see her tag name trow me the sour sauce looks like they are and a hurry and dont want to spend cuality time attending the customers.

Short on food, rude customer service. Jocelyn thinks its appropriate to arrogantly tell a customer to stand back and wait for her food to get prepapred, while offering nothing to compensate for the extra wait, not even a "please"
