First impressions were mild at best. For starters we were not greeted, which ironically was the very first thing listed on their "Cicis Guarantee" Im not sure of it was because of the time of day or day of the week, but there was not that many people. The restaurant was pretty much empty except for two families and one lone person. About nine people total. It felt more depressing than what was down in commercials. Speaking of commercials, what intrigued me to visit Cicis in the first place was the commercials. The pizza looked absolutely delicious. Sadly, what you really get is pretty substandard. The old saying "you get what you paid for" holds true in this case. Its not bad tasting, per se, but youre better off getting pizza elsewhere. You get your choice of salads, cheese bread, dessert, and of course, pizza. I didnt try the salad or cinnabons. The pizza as I said, was subpar. The brownies were undercooked and nothing but mush in the center. Probably the better product available was the cheese bread. The place was relatively clean. The more noticable mess was a messy table left by visitors who left as we were coming in. Even the bathrooms were pretty clean. One thing that did stand out though was a mechanical pony ride that was centered in the middle of the restaurant next to the arcade section. Which to point out, never turned off and I would consider unsafe for children. Overall, i would only recommend Cicis if youre interested in quantity for your dollar is a lot higher than your taste in quality. If the commercials have your interested in going for the first time, I would take caution as the actual product was severely disappointing in comparison to what is advertised.

Had to wait quite a bit for the single employee tobget offnthe phone to pay so we could dine in. Then found that this Cicis only has pepperoni pizza and pepperoni with jalapeños, some kind of chicken and a ham and pinapple. Most of it was cold and old. The deserts were smashed cinnamon bread and brownies scattered about the counter. The floors were filthy, the walls dirty, the three employyes semed miserable. The salad bar was a lettuce bar on l y. There were minimal topping choices. The lettuce was old and bad tasting. Bottom line is this Cicis in Corona off McKinley street was horrible. I was trying to give my kids a special opportunity to remember the good times that they had at our 2 SC Cicis, but this was a flop compared to them. We will not be back.

Terrible service. Rarely picks up dirty plates. Every time I go in I ask them to make my favorite pizza, and every time they either forget to put it in the oven, or its made wrong (its one of their regular pizzas. I dont change it at all). I gave a higher rating only because the flavor of the food is good. Also, for the rewards program you should get credited for each buffet you buy, not per visit. We typically buy 6-8 buffets at a time, so someone who buys just one gets a reward faster. It would cost me $195 for 6 people before I get one free buffet. If one person goes 5 times they would get a free buffet after only spending $33. Definetly, not fare!!!

The WORST visit I had. This location is straight GARBAGE!! Oscar the kid playing manager was rude, couldnt answer our questions. Said they close at 9:30 and they were only doing carry out, it was before 9p.m. Sign says they close at 10p.m. Their card machine was broken so it was cash only, got overcharged and they provided no receipt. Oh, they also locked their doors before 9:30 and additional customers were trying to come in. Manager stated he didnt care about not answering our questions on why they were closing early. He said the sign was messed up. MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Rude and disrespectful.

Although the place was cheap, it wasnt worth it, the pasta wasnt even cooked right, salad that had nothing in there just little brown light white lettuce, the meat on the buffalo pizza had just fat meat on there it tasted like plastic and werent even cut properly, 2 of the employees were jerks really sloppy at the cleaning to, and the play room kids will be kids but man they were soo abnoxious in the play room there parents nor employees said anything about it, Id rather take my family to shakeys then this junk..

DO NOT GO HERE!! Thought 5.99 sounded cool for a quick lunch.. Turned out to be around 12$.. Cool. The pizza was unusually thin and very unpleasant.. I sat down and the tables around me were very dirty with plates and cups and what not the entire time i was there around 35min.. The desert was just as bad. Not a very professional clean enviorment as i thought it would be..it was so bad i immedietly called my brother to explain how nasty the food was...

My friends and I have enjoyed the few times we have visited this location. Tonight, 5 of us were going to go hang out and when we got there an hour before posted closing time, they were already closed for deep cleaning. I understand they need to clean, but at the expense of customers? Anyway, this location does have good wait staff and yummy pizza, just maybe call ahead if you are going close to closing time to make sure they will be open.

Gross, disgusting. Tables were never cleaned, and they need to sell the arcade games that arent being used and buy 1 or 2 more soda machines so they can cut down on the constantsline. Puny tables. Needs more attentive staff to closely monitor the pizza supply and table conditions. Straws are non-existent. GERMOPHOBES STAY AWAY!! Filthy restaurant, Renovation recommended.

Food is fear, the personnel is not organized. Food on the.floor, they dont pick up the.plares from your table even though they want people to use a new plate everytime. 1 cashier and several people waiting. They run out of food and they tell people to wai z 15 minute!!!!??? Franchise should supervise and organize. Too many customers and not enough employees.

Good food, decent service. Everything was all good until the White Trash started up. Gramma tells lil boy to go pee. So. Lil boy turns around in the corner and pees right there. Then spanks him 20 minutes later because he had an accident. WT parties should be strictly regulated at a family of 4. There was like 9 of these Fers. Oldest boy was polite though.

Commercial is misleading, total cost for buffet with drink was $9.05 not $5 and change. Limited selection, they will make you what you want however youre better off going to Shakeys bunch a lunch for the same price with more locations and wider selection. Cicis has small salad bar, pizza and garlic bread (thats it), not happy, not coming back.

I had the most bad day at these place I concider myself a regular costumer at cicis in McKinley we arrive at 3:308 pm sunes we get there we order a pizza with pepperoni jalapeno and mushroom but never get there at 4:00 pm I ask n they tell me they forgr a about @ 4:20 someone show up in our table with 3 pices of pizza what a day.

Very bad. Good service but real dirty environment. The food was horrible! I use to go to the one in chino hills which was way better. Here they dont serve different pizza & their cinnamon is always burned! Not to mention they take for ever with the wings & mine were still raw! Never coming back!
