The bread here can taste old, stale and melee perfect and they have a habit of putting on a small amounts of meats and vegetables on your sandwich, unless you call them out on it. They are Under New Management, which I think has helped. They still cant just give you a cup of ketchup like they can a cup of ranch. They just put out little ketchup packets that you have to squeeze individually, which I know is a minor thing but its a sticking point for me. However, theyre saving grace is there beer battered fries. If there is truly a heaven on Earth it is a Deli Delicious beer battered french fry touching your tongue and exploding with flavor into your wholly unprepared oral cavity.

This place is amazing!! Best sandwiches Ive ever had, and reasonably priced!! Only place in my entire life that DOESNT charge extra for avocado!! The tri tip is ACTUAL tri tip, not the shredded nonsense you get at other places. They will also take orders over the phone, and their system tracks your orders, so if you get the same thing all the time, you dont have to tell them the whole order over and over, super convenient! All the employees are awesome, very nice and patient. The ONLY thing that sucks is the parking, but that isnt really their fault, so not docking any stars. Get the #38, its to die for! :)

Tried to call, requesting an order for pickup. Called twice and a third time requesting such as the woman answering kept hanging up (thought the first time was due to issues with my work phone, so switched to cell). The last call, she would not respond to my request for a call-in order, nor even let me know if they did or didnt do that, but insisted that I not call back or she would call their phone company and report me. Ive always had good food, but the customer service has dropped in the last few weeks. Will not be going back for a while - hopefully it will get better.

Im fed up with this store. I had a great experience where they delivered some sandwiches to my business. Since then its gone steadily down hill. They started to get orders wrong forgot sodas and suddenly they dont deliver anymore. Even tho on their menus and website it says they deliver. When i asked to speak to a supervisor about the delivery the un-helpful girl on the phone said they didnt have one in. On a sunday at 2pm. Are they trying to lose out on money? Sure seems like it!

Theyre doing a great job with a new management, food quality is getting better, staffs are more friendly and the place is cleaner That persian lady who used to manage the place before, was terrible. I could always hear her yelling at the staff members which was so annoying for customers, and I saw so many times she touched the food with her bare hands. All aside, she was so rude. Im really glad to see the signs of improvement with new people, cause I really like this place

Warning, the term Hot Sandwich actually just means that some portion of the meat will be slightly warmer than the refrigerator while other parts are still refrigerator cold. Even after giving them a chance to heat it up. The pastrami is hand folded on the bread, there is no excuse for not noticing cold meat on a hot sandwich. The Cold Pastrami sandwich was decent but Id rather go to Beach Hut.

OMG, to start with, the Music is So Loud & Obnoxious! Hard Rock Crap! The kids working here look like early teens, hence the music choice, I guess. I ordered a salad, was totally made wrong. Why bother to ask you what you want on it if youre going to make it standard! My husbands sandwich was very shy of meat. Priced too high for what you get. We will not be back!

I was really excited to see all the sandwiches are the same price based off the bread size in inches. I had the #24 delivered. Turkey swiss avocado and sprouts and a side of fries. Wow! Lots of meat and fresh produce, no extra charge for the avocado. The side of fries is generous, came with ketchup and ranch:) Mind Readers!

Such a nice place... Sweet and patient staff! Clean floors, drink area, tables, and bathroom. First time at a Deli Delicious. My family and I will be back again!!! Food lives up to the name... I ordered the turkey bacon (39) on the Dutch crunch roll; with the works!!!

Clean, spacious store. Fresh, delicious food. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich on sourdough bread. The sourdough was a mistake (it was okay, not great), but the chicken was super flavorful. Will definitely go back!
