Went to this new, area restaurant for lunch with a group from work. We tried to call our orders in before we arrived because we only had a limited amount of time. That didnt work as they did not enter our order and it created a lot of confusion. After getting that all straightened out; we waited for our order. It was not fast and one of our parties lunch did not come out with the others. The waitress was very apologetic, and with the short time we had we ask her to bring an extra plate so we could share the ample portions from what we had already received and to wrap the last meal to go. She did that, and then brought the guest whose meal was late a complimentary dessert, and then announced our meals were on the house since she knew they had greatly inconvenienced us since we had a limited time for lunch. I applaud the proprietor for how they handled the situation. That is "over-the-top customer service" in my book. We will definately go there again. And, BTW, the food was fantastically good. Im out in Ventura a lot and wished Id known about their original location.

@ Casa De Soria Mexican Restaurant in Canoga park, everything is muy delicious! Especially their shrimp burritos they are spectacular! The complete staff is courteous and very attentive; as soon as you walk in they receive with a smile and the most greeting manner. They make my family feel at home. We love this place more and more every time! They just opened a few months ago, convenient parking, and excellent lighting lot, very save. You must try this place, be prepared to be amazed its a beautiful Mexican style décor atmosphere , good ambience- family friendly. My wife and I are becoming their "regulars" Lol.... La comida; everything on the menu is flavorsome, authentic Mexican kitchen flavor. I have never had anything that is even considered "good" around this particular area. We are happy we have “Soria Mexican Restaurant” nearby; we at Family ayala’s custom upholstery love this restaurant. We rate it 5 Gold Stars for excellency!!!

Esta muy buena la comida lo que no me gusto es que tienen mal servicio, pedí servilletas y nunca me las dieron (no había mucha gente consumiendo) y pedí una bolsa para llevar mi comida e igual tampoco me la dieron. Espero que los empleados o el jefe de esa sucursal leea y tome en cuenta estas reseñas.

Come to Casa De Soria for Yumgood Mexican Food! Nice people and great service. Good atmosphere overall. Even the music is just the right volume. They make you feel welcome. Very good food, and that includes the chips and salsa. (Green tomatillo salsa has some spicy flavorful kick, btw.) BRING YOUR APPETITE! Theres a lot of dishes to choose from. Good portions, whatever you order. Like rice and beans? Youll find yourself eating all of those.Youll be doing the smooth content walk to your car when you leave. Mom Dad and I will return to Casa De Soria for Taco Nights, too.(Wednesday)

Terrible service. They were quick to take our order for drinks and after delivering the drinks we were ignored.. No one came to take our food order. We left without eating as we got tired of waiting. The place looks nice but the service sucks. Very disappointed as this was out first visit and we were trying to find a local restaurant to have dinner and drinks.

The is my all time favorite Mexican restaurant. I come here with my two vegetarian friends, and me as a meat eater, we all walk away super happy. I Uber from Burbank just for this place. The happy hour margaritas are cheap, good and strong. If you like burritos, get them wet with enchilada sauce. If you are vegetarian, get the Calabasitas (sp?). Great place.

This was the best new Mexican restaurant that recently opened ..... It was great for about 6 weeks. There are about 10-12 people I personally recommended this restaurant to - and weve all returned for a third/fourth meal and it is Now TERRIBLE! Beans taste like they were made last week, the chili relleno (my fav) is terrible too. What happened????

Disgusting food. Like trying to eat a frozen microwave meal. The waitress asked why I didnt eat my food. I said it was disgusting. She said you should have said something. I said I just did. Got charged for everything. Taco bell is better.
