Im actually hesitant to tell other people about this place because Im such a big fan and I want to keep the secret to myself :) Came in for breakfast this morning and I cant wait to go back. I had the Medi, scrambled eggs with housemade hummus, fresh pita, feta, tomato, cucumber, olives, and pepperoncini. I could eat this every single day. The eggs were fluffy, the feta was fresh and creamy, not overly salty. The hummus had good texture, the right amount of olive oil, and just a hint of citrus. The pita was pillowy and served warmed and perfect for making little egg and feta sandwiches with. The veggies were all fresh. Honestly, this was everything I wanted in a breakfast. I struggle to find good Mediterranean food in the Bay Area so Im pretty psyched about this place. I cant wait to try some of their other items.

Cute little diner. Perfect for a simple and satisfy breakfast. The place gives a homely feel when you enter. We were seated fairly quickly. Its bustling with activity and staff are dashing up and down the service the tables. They have a decent menu, all day breakfast options of eggs, pancake, french toast, mains like burgers and sandwiches. A fairly decent amount of option for a small diner. We ordered a "Never on a Sunday" Omelette, Goldilocks Eggs, hot chocolate and a chai latte. They have one of the nicest chai latte I tasted!! The main breakfast were pretty good. Service was prompt (except when we wanted the check and to pay for it). Overall, love the cosiness of this place. Good food and affordable price too. Plenty of parking spots around the vicinity.

Looked good, didnt work out so good. Outside table, waited a bit for the first waiter visit. OK, placed the order. Waited quite awhile and eventuallly the waiter returned and asked if we had not received our food. Nope Food was delivered and the person left. My daughters order was missing the side of bacon (never arrived); no silverware or napkins we had to go ask, coffee but sugars and creamer where not offered. ARE YOU KIDDING NOW. My plate wss OK butat this point my dsughter just wanted to leave and did not eat. If you cant service tables outside then you should not have them out there. We will not be back

Nice neighborhood cafe just off of Burlingame Ave. Intimate settings, good service. Used to serve Italian food but has since changed ownerships. Now its mostly Middle Eastern-Mediterranean fares with American breakfast and brunch dishes on weekends. Good place to get a coffee and bakery as well.

A cute small Cafe on Primrose Avenue they serve great coffee and Mediterranean style breakfast is plus traditional American breakfast is as well as lunch and dinner Id highly recommend going to this place its a great little find while strolling along downtown Burlingame.

I come here for the breakfast sandwich, I keep returning because of the staff. This place is consistent and authentic. I could not and would not utter a bad thing about Cafe on Primrose. This is the kind of place that remembers your name and your order.

Intimate cozy little cafe with a good selection of Mediterranean and American breakfast. Generous portion and good value for money. I really enjoyed Joes scrambles and the freshly baked pita and sourdough bread.

We love the Mediterranean breakfast options the best here - the Fool and the Ijeh are really unique and tasty. Their American breakfast options are also fresh and delicious.
