I wish I could give less stars. The other night while going through the drive thru I was told I couldnt buy a shake because she turned the machine off to clean. No big deal. Tonight I pulled up to an open sign. I was informed they were closed. Yeah it was 12:50 and they close at one. I hate being the person that shows up in the last 10 minutes....but I work food service as well and we dont close till late. if your sign says open and you close at 1. You need to serve until then. I plan on calling to complain as well..I will never come here again.

Food was OK, but they need to work on their employees attitudes toward customers and attention to what theyre doing. I was the only customer at the counter and had difficulty getting someone to come and take my order. I presented a 2 for 1 coupon for a total of $4.00 plus a soda. First try, $10.19. Second try, $8.68. Third try, nearly $7.00. She finally got it right on the 4th try, after reminding her that at 76, I really do qualify for a senior discount.

Went to this location before work at 6 am. The girls that were working were eating in front of the window. One was licking her fingers, she noticed I saw and continued licking them and eating!! Then went and made my food I was shocked!! I will for sure be making a call to the county's health department. No matter how much that place is remodeled it still has bad employees.

Horrible!!!!! Bad customer service ! This store needs a Professional manager! Manager says too many bad words in Spanish which I do understand some of them scream at employees and I cant communicate with her she does not speak English. This store needs a new manager. All bad

Love it! Never had a bad experience there. The restaurant used to be not very impressive (clean looking) but now it looks great! I was happy to sit down and eat food...previously I would have taken it with me. Like the revamp!

Went here at night and no one answered for a few minutes. My food was so old and not made correctly, and the guy named brandon was not professional at all or wearing a head set. Dont think ill come here again. Brandon sucks

They never have enough people working at night, a lady that works at night is awesome, one of the guys is mediocre at best and the other guy is a complete mess takes me forever to get out of the drive thru on his nights

I feel the title to this comment says plenty. The beverage counter was draped with garbage and spilled soft drinks. There was trash on the floor and numerous flies inside the restaurant. Gross.

Slow drive through service at night. It can sometimes be difficult to understand the employees on night shift. I have also gone to get food before they close and they will be closed early.

The worst drive thru Ive ever been to. Convenient off 49 in auburn but its a half hour stop even at 2 in the morning woman was rude on a previous occasion too do not go here
