This was my second or third time dining at Yosukes. Its a pretty good authentic Japanese sushi bar. Its tucked away in a quaint and affluent neighborhood. There was a bit of a wait to get seated but Im sure the wait is longer for peak lunch and dinner hours. I came here towards end of lunch. They offer lunch combinations in addition to their regular sushi menu. The fish is fresh here. Their tempura is pretty good and you can eat the fan-like flower shaped pieces (youll know what Im referring to if you order tempura lol). The service is fast and friendly. Prices are comparable to OC sushi bars. Im looking forward to going back again.

Service with a smile. Japanese staff behind the sushi bar. That being said, been coming here for some time now, its about time for me to rave about one of 2 places i go in the OC that is the best value for the level of quality sushi you get. I choose this place because the pieces of fish you get are consistently the best for the $. You can go elsewhere, but will pay significantly more. There restaurant meals if sitting down are also very generous for the $, you will not be disappointed.

I found my OC sushi joint. I always go to Little Tokyo to find my sushi but this place is on point. This is NOT Korean owned, and it is REAL Japanese Owned! I am Korean and I do NOT like Korean sushi places, that is my preference. Fish quality is good here, and the sushi chef definitely gives u the japanese sushi chef experience. They are courteous and the service was great too. Very rare that I find a good sushi place out side of Little Tokyo.

Food is fresh, but limited choices compared to many other sushi restaurants within the 15 miles radius. The reason for two stars is very poor table service. My orders over several years have been repeatedly forgotten. If you plan to go as a family or group, dont assume you will have your meal at the same time as the rest of the group. You can get better quality food, price and service elsewhere.

Good atmosphere with amazing sashimi. Many of their shellfish options are live, including live uni. You can get real wasabi if you ask for it. The sushi is good with several chef-inspired creations. Decent sake menu. Overall, the best sushi/sashimi restaurant I have found in Orange County. Rivals most of the places I know of in Little Tokyo.

Bellagio Inc

This place has an amazing selection for sushi. Lets not forget the Bento Box combinations, my all time favorite is the Fish cutlet and Pork cutlet or the mixed tempura. Also try their fried ginger chicken it is amazing!!! I come here once a week for lunch, the vibes here are mellow, making you feel relaxed while you eat sushi :)

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly, especially the manager. Also, Yosuke Sushi is one of the nicest sushi chefs Ive ever met. So nice! Everything tastes amazing! Its like heaven for my mouth! Sorry, Im not good at reviewing, I dont usually review, but this place is just so good I had to review it!

Great sushi. The quality was well above average, and they even had Toro. Excellent variety and selection. Service was superb, though they didnt seem too informed about their sake selection (which ones are dry or sweet). Prices are very fair for the quality. I will definitely be back.

This has to be the best sushi restaurant on this part of town. Be sure to try the Yosuke Deluxe Chirashi. Its the biggest Chirashi box that Ive ever had. The Yosuke Deluxe lunch box is also good, considering the price that they are charging and how much food you get.

Great price for good portion of healthy food and selection. Be patient at lunch time due to great demand. Seating is flexible if you have small group. My favorite due to its location is close to work

Best in the Hills for sure, and as good as any I know of in the OC. The 5th star is for creativity. Try the stuffed Jalapenos.
