I came to watch the McGregors right with my friends. We ask for a table, I understand is full, but during the rights other parties were getting sat and we were still waiting. A party of 3 came in after 1:30 min we were here , during Billys fight, we were still waiting and a table was available; I tried to talk to the server she ignored me and went to them and sat them. 4 parties for sat already before us. I didnt like it. and many people there are rude And i know what is good quality service because I worked in a restaurant and I was pretty good at it. Probaly wont come back. I recommend you to watch the fights and stuff at other places by not buffalo wild wings in fort smith.

The wings are great. The drinks are ok. Every time we have ordered appetizers they have been gross! Its like they microwave it. The day bartender is very unprofessional. Every time we go for lunch she is flirting with whatever table with young guys and we have to wait forever for refills. Then she acts like we are being rude when we wave her over because we interrupted her flirt. But, when you sit outside of the bar that high school vibe goes away. The waitress are always super sweet and fast. This is my daughters favorite place.

The service at this particular BWW is not great. I ordered some wings that were pretty spicy and ran out of water, after trying to flag down my waitress to get a refill, I drank my friends water and she still never came around to check on us. Finally a man who I think might have been the manager came up to check on us and got us refills and apologized. This is only one of many instances I have been here and had bad service.

My wife and I went to the Fort Smith location after church Sunday night,ordered bone in wings with drinks. they brought our sodas out and then about ten minutes later came out and told us they had no more bone in wings.? Really a wing place out of wings about 8:45 PM. Not only that no other choices, you would have thought a manager would have come to the table and said something but nothing.Not to sure we will be back!

Im pissed that I order my chicken and it was supposed to come with ranch but it didnt, they always do this... smh.. then I order some artichoke dip and regular freaking tortilla chips and they give me some nasty ass baked chips. .. if they cant get it right then I will no longer be a customer supporting them and they can careless if my order is right.... Im pissed.....

Good location for groups and to watch sports at. Maybe even just to play trivia games on the tablets. It is always loud even when I arrive at a time it is basically empty I wouldnt recommend to anyone with young kids, but if you have older kids they should be fine. The wings and sides are always great. I like the cheese curds more than anything else there.

Chain restaurants should be avoided. This one took my order for a burger medium rare then served it to me well done. When I sent it back, the manager bright it back to the table and told me they do not cook burgers medium rare. Just like the car rental place in Seinfeld, they know how to take the order, but not how to fill the order. Bad.

Terrible service. Manager doesnt care at all. This might seem childish but I lost one dollar in the machine and told the manager about it he said ok and went to go serve some ladies and after that he went to the back. My brother asked again to a waitress she said she would tell him she never went to go tell him and we left.

If you like waiting over an hour and a half to get food and get a free tea out of it, then this place is for you! Was not busy. Horrible service. Oh and the frost bitten food in my grandmas deep freeze tastes 100 times better. Save your money and go to Burger King and pay to watch that game on the tv at home.

The service (including food delivery) is usually slow but their food is consistent and the drinks are awesome! Of course the TV selection is over the top and that usually helps you forget about your wait time. The cheese curds are one of the best things on the menu!

Was there for over an hour only got one beer and mine and my brothers food was cold and my gf didnt even get the right food. Not to mention all the servers were serving a group drunk college kids and ignoring us and the manager was rude. We probably wont be back

I think if youve been to one Buffalo wild wings, youve been to them all. However what I did not know that they were open until 1:30 am on weekdays. So they have that going for them since fort Smith doesnt offer much options late night for food.

The food is consistent with every other BWW. The service on the other hand could be better. Greeted right away but when it was time to check out the server barely looked up to hand me a receipt much less see if I was pleased with my order.

This is the absolute worst BWW Ive ever experienced. The manager is incompetent and the wait staff has been awful. Ive been here 4 times and they manage to get worse each time.
